WORST CASINO

I registered using a link that offered me 50fs as well as a 100% match bonus. I was only given the free spins I then deposited another 60-80 after the initial 20 deposit and each time no bonus was granted I then went to chat to request a bonus for the previous deposits and was given 5bonus! When I asked for more the host offered to exchange the 5 for 20fs on the 9line game cool buck..the same "crappy" game the 50fs were on. I then receive an email with fs for which I won 99cents and immediately followed an email requesting I d and proof of address etc...I will not be depositing with this casino again!!!!!

It's not always about the win

I don't have good plays here every single deposit I have e made has been extremely bad luck but on the up side that keeps me playing here is the chat live help team they are always without fail fast at response and extremely kind and generous !! That alone makes me happy

Lucky 247casino is a sham , I won about 4000 pound and they confiscated it all , saying I broke there terms and conditions about the bonus wagering , even though my bets/stake were coming out of both bonus credit and my own balance credits , it was unfair for them to confiscate it all , in the proscess of a solicitor now , stay away!!

Nice casino with decent selection of…

Nice casino with decent selection of mostly microgaming slots and nice bonuses. Stopped playing here mostly because of missing payment options, I like Trustly or at least Instant Banking which they did not allow last time I checked.

Good site,with good games.wagering requirements are a bit steep,but it's the only site that gives me a chance to make it past the wagering.Only one other thing is the amount of time reversing a withdrawal is available,it would be perfect if it was only 24hrs 👍

Right now I am still waiting on a $9400…

Right now I am still waiting on a $9400 total withdrawal from a few withdrawals from the beginning of May. I emailed support...nobody acknowledges or replies to my emails, I have sent copies of my bank statement to show amount did not go in my bank account. I contacted live support quite a few times...last time this morning..but I keep getting the same response that the finance team is looking into this and to please wait 3 to 5 business days...last support I was told I have to wait up to five business days for the finance team to get me an ARN number...since I have been asking for weeks, I would think they would that ARN number handy now so I can go track the payment. I must say the online support is very friendly, but unfortunately they cannot help getting the money in my bank, they can only pass information on to the finance team. I don’t understand why I am not getting emails back updating me on the withdrawal....they have put other withdrawals in my bank account already, so there shouldn’t be an issue. Now I will have to wait another week, which will be putting it close to two months since I withdrew☹️....on the plus side, I have received other smaller withdrawals with no problem, one amount being $7500....I just want to clear this larger one up and hope I am not being scammed 😊

Lucky247 replied to this on June 20th....I just found the response in my junk box on July 2nd. I responded right away as they emailed me asking for my user ID, date of birth and email address so they could look into this....after responding below they could not discuss this matter on public forum. I am not sure what could be so secretive? I submitted all forms they requested....I have received other payments from them already, so the paperwork supplied must have been sufficient. It wasn’t incorrect banking information, as those previous payments have already gone into my bank account. Since providing requested information on July 2nd, I still have not heard back from Lucky247. Again...every time I get a hold of their online support, no one knows nothing...no updates on my account....no requests showing on my account...and they all tell me to wait for The Finance department to email me....which no one ever does...this is now going on two and a half months since I withdrew my money and still have nothing in my bank ☹️....the email Lucky247 sent to me on June 20th also said they want to get my two stars up to five....right now I just want to take away all the stars....customer service on their end is definitely not helpful ☹️

July 6th....still waiting for a response from Lucky247...I contacted their online support again...James told he will get this matter escalated....I told him he told me that back on June 29th...he said he has no further I formation and I will have to wait for a reply....I have to say this company sounds like it is a scammer....i have played with Jackpot City, Casino Rewards, Golden Tiger, Cosmo Casino and Royal Vegas....and all of those companies are legit...I have received all my withdrawals from all of them usually within three days....Lucky247....please let me know what the hold up is....

July 11th...still nothing....Gwen from online support tells me no updates...I said I hear that every time I talk to them....she says she has escalated my case....I tell her everyone else has already escalated and it has been weeks so there should be an update....she tells me contact them again in an hour. I tried an hour and a half later....Rachael tells me still no updates....I ask her to go straight to finance while I wait and ask them what the hold up is...of course she doesn’t answer to that and tells me she understands my frustration and to wait on finance. I asked her again to go dir3ctly to finance for me for an answer....again she doesn’t answer to that and tells me to wait for a response....then she goes and ends our chat.....grrrrrrrr Lucky247 you tell me you want to change my two stars I to five...but you are not helping to get that done

July 12/18....FINALLY.....money was put in my account today!!!

Paid out winnings promptly. There is long periods of losing streaks between wins though which makes me wonder how random the games really are.
