Great Service clear communication and fast delivery i recommend without hesitation

Avoid this company at all costs. They masquerade as reputable and trustworthy but are, in reality, nothing more than scammers hiding behind a façade of professionalism.

First, they provided me with completely incorrect advice regarding an item, which I ordered based on their supposed expertise. When I attempted to cancel the order, they outright ignored my request. What should have been a simple 2-3 day delivery via UPS from Switzerland to the UK instead dragged on for over a week.

Their customer service is abysmal — emails are ignored for the most part, and when they do respond, it's as if nothing is wrong, completely disregarding the ongoing issues. When the item eventually arrived, I immediately initiated a FREE RETURN, as clearly stated on their website. That was a week ago, yet I am still waiting for them to provide the return label.

Their conduct is absolutely disgraceful. It is outrageous that a company claiming to specialize in quality goods operates in such a deceitful, incompetent, and unscrupulous manner. They are not professionals—they are scammers whose only goal is to take your money.

I am now in the process of reporting them to my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from them.

The information on the website is not accurate. It states clearly 2-3days delivery to UK for in stock items. The reality is that within a few hours of placing my order I got an email from UPS saying delivery would be in seven days time ( six working days). The company declined to intervene, which I imagine meant it was not prepared to pay for the service it advertises on its website. It did not respond directly to the point I made and only repeated the delivery information already provided.

This company are a bunch of scanners, a place an order for an iPhone case that never arrived. They contacted me once I suggest anybody that wants to place an order. That’s not place anything to do with this company

I ordered a wallet case that was showing availability as "3-4 working days". It is now over 7 days and the item has not been despatched. Updates from UPS confirm they have not received the item and cannot provide a delivery date. Two emails to Lurcin customer service requesting a response and advice of despatch date, both remain unanswered. If I had visited Trustpilot in advance, I would not have placed the order. Lucrin lies about delivery dates and this supplier should be avoided. Either the item was NOT in stock and had to be made to order, or they are simply grossly inefficient and incapable of meeting their delivery dates or of keeping customers informed.
UPDATE: 12 days after placing the order: In the continued absence of any despatch I requested the order be cancelled and a refund processed. That did get a response but only to advise that they could not cancel the order, despite the item not having been despatched. They implied the delay was due to UPS, which was not correct as the UPS tracking link continues to show that UPS has still not received the item from Lucrin. This company needs to learn customer service standards and how to communicate with transparency and honesty.

Very poor quality plastic case for iPhone 15 pro max very very expensive no difference between cheap one and expensive one, I buy Lucrin geneve because I think if is very expensive is a very good quality leather but is not is a sheet Chinese plastic, from Czech Republic a big scam carefully check the customers reviews first please because I don't check first, strongly I don't recommend, is for the last time when I buy something from this fake company !

This has been so frustrating and unbelievable! Contacted the company on May 15th 2023, explaining the BELT IPHONE CASE 14+ ET 2338 (#US00041312) just received the case, but did not comply, because i could not use it with an iphone protector, the case was pretty tight even for the iphone to get in without any cover at all. I complain to them
about this ,and was told that the case was mean to be use alone with no protectors at all! and that i could return it any time in good condition blah blah OF COURSE IT WAS INTACT! Nevertheless ,Lucrin NEVER ANSWER MY SIX EMAILS i
sent them after that, asking them
for the return label.. always the same.. answer.. thank you for contacting us”… NEVER SENT A LABEL FOR THE RETURN.. They have been playing with me.. i even mention that time was running out for me to return the case.. This is a mockery,theft and disrespect to the clients..in this case,me.. by a company who pretend to be efficient ,reliable, and professional.. Never again.. you make me sick people!!

PS.. customers out there..save yourselves time ,money and headaches.. cause Lucrin deserves to go out of business..They are #1 company in deceiving and ignoring customers genuine complains!

Slightly dissapointed with customer services placed my order on the 19 th of April haven’t heard from them since no delivery date given I have emailed 3 times with no response don’t know what else to do

Gift should have been delivery by 23rd Dec. Nothing by 3rd Jan. Blames delivery company (UPS) they contracted. Poor updates and willingness to sort issue. Treats customers in a very bad way.

What others have said is completely accurate. I also had a faulty iPhone case (an XR).

Following my initial negative review on here, they asked me to contact them to resolve the issue. I sent photos etc, but because I couldn’t provide them with and invoice/account number more than 2 years after buying the product, they’re not interested.

I couldn’t wait any longer. I’ve now bought a better phone case elsewhere, at a fraction of the price.

AVOID this company and their lousy products!

iPhone 13 Pro case leather ripped in a couple of days and the leather around the camera has come away. Okay, this sometimes happens but to be IGNORED in months despite making numerous attempts to reach Lucrin… UNACCEPTABLE. My advice is you’d get a better made iPhone case for a couple of £’s on eBay than spending £100 upwards with this rip-off maker.

*I submitted a one star review on their website and it says ‘submitted for moderation’ lol no wonder all the reviews on their website is 5 star despite their horrible everything. Probably fake tbh
Took a longg time to arrive, no update emails in between. Quality feels super cheap It feels about 1/10 of the price I payed for this thing. And the customisation was wrong! I chose small engraving and they gave me large, has been 11 days since I contacted their customer support and they only replied once to ask for pictures, I sent them all the evidence and requested an exchange or a refund and never heard from them again. Horrendous company, never ever again!!!
