2 medium suitcases bought at Morrisons for £25 each. Wheels are smooth, handle works fine and compartments inside. Zip works too. Thin outer case.
It's only going in cars not a flight so won't get bashed about. Absolutely fine for price.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I believe it is a scam, no item received, no one replies to emails or messages, no refund provided. Use them at your peril.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered online 10 days ago and have never received my order, I've made multiple calls with reassurance that the parcel will be with me in the next 1-2days but it has never arrived. No update on tracking from DPD and when I've contacted DPD they have no record of ever receiving my parcel. Yet again got through to Lugg after multiple attempts to be met with DPD have lost it (i dont think it was ever sent to them) and they will issue me a refund. Hopefully I actually get my money refunded, what a strange company, I will never use again and will be filing a fraud claim with my back. How others have ever received their order I will never know! Very frustrated and back to the drawing board looking for cases!

never sent item i called them they answered phone by saying hello. I sent 4 emails and kept telling me it was coming. I spoke to DPD they are known for raising a tracking number then not giving them the item. Upon reviewing the owner has had 3 companies with similar titles same director and all resolved even luggage online resolved in 2023 but taking money online. said they then refunded money but still have not. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’d give less if I could. Ordered 2 cases. Been a week since they said it was dispatched and still the courier is waiting for them to turn up. No reply to emails and nobody answers the phone. Scam artists DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Ordered suitcases a week ago and they still haven’t been dispatched. Emailed a couple of times and no reply have also tried the phone numbers numerous times nobody answers the phone just rings and rings. My advise would be to pay abit extra and deal with a proper company.

I ordered a Skywanderer cabin bag on next day delivery and paid the extra, it hasnt even been sent yet, i go away tonight . No refund of the extra delivery , no apology ! You get no response from customer service . The Evri tracking is expecting the parcel on a two day delivery service. Avoid!

Brought suitcases in September 24, not used until holiday in March. Suitcase handle broke when removing it from belt at the airport. LUGG unhelpful and say the only deal with returns/refunds within 30 days of purchase. I don’t want a refund I want my broken suitcase part replaced. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Listen to all the 1* reviews, there’s a reason for them! Sadly due to being under £100 I can’t complain to my credit card company for them to act on my behalf.

Absolutely awful customer service system
Paid over £150 for 3 suitcases and next day delivery. Order wasn’t dispatched in time for next day delivery and have now only received 1 suitcase out of 3!
Only means of customer service is through their email which they state can take 1-5 business days to reply on. An unnecessary stress when you are due to go on holiday in a weeks time.
Tried to call the phone number provided on their website and after ringing and ringing someone answers and then knocks the call off immediately. What great customer service, NOT

I purchased a suitcase and it has a missing tag ,I called customer service and Atharva helped me by sending a quick replacement
Absolutely fantastic service received
Absolutely fantastic customer service after a problem with one of my suitcase wheels I spoke to Niha in customer service at Lugg and they have been fantastic and very understanding. I was offered a refund or replacement and I chose replacement as the suitcases are very good for a great price.

I tried to make a purchase but the initial 10 percent coupon code did not work , I called them and they gave me an extra coupon code and also explained the materials used to make the cases . Absolutely delighted
