Zähneputzen macht so viel Spaß, seitdem wir Lulabini kennengelernt haben.

Hatte zuerst Angst es sei Scam aber wir haben die Dinobrush erhalten und sind super happy! Hat nur etwas lange gedauert aus Asien aber der Kintakt war sehr freundlich!

Einfach nur traurig

Ware aus China, was auf Website nicht ersichtlich war. Kam direkt aus Hongkong.
Paket war verdrückt.

Obwohl ich nach wenigen Tagen bereits stornieren wollte und mir das auch zugesichert wurde, kam die Ware nach Wochen an. Eine Rücksendung müsste ich auch noch selber bezahlen, was aus der Schweiz nach DE einfach teuer ist. Soviel Wert hätte nicht mal das Produkt.

Einfach mal wieder eine Firma, die Ware völlig überteuert aus China an ihre Endkunden sendet, welches man direkt in China viel billiger erhalten würde.

Einfach nur traurig, Menschen so über den Tisch abzuziehen!

Really disappointed to say the least. Bought my little one a dino brush 25 May 2025 and received it shortly after in the UK. My little one wasn’t really sure at first, but took to the brush quite quickly. Unfortunately, one day when brushing her teeth, she submerged it in her bath, but I quickly grabbed it out and gave it a good dry. It stopped working. I decided to reach out to Lulabini on the 4th July in hope that they could help. I just wanted to know if the brush had a warranty on it. I received an email the following day to say that they would get back to me once the information was passed on to their team to review. I had to chase them three times after that, on the 18th, 24th July and 11th August. All 3 times I was told that they would get back to me with a reply as soon as they had an answer. All I wanted to know is if the brush has a warranty!!!! It’s taken just over 6 weeks with no answer in sight. How difficult can it be!!! I’ve googled up the product on their website and it states that the brush is waterproof. I’m fed up of chasing up and having to wait. This is so unprofessional.

Spart euch das Geld und kauft ne normale Zahnbürste für 2 Euro in der Drogerie

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich war erst skeptisch aber meine Tochter (2) liebt es und sie kann es selber machen das war vorher ein Grund warum sie beim Zähneputzen immer gemeckert hat. Sie liebt es Dinge selber zu tun. Und die Dinobrush ermöglicht es ihr.

To start with, when I ordered the product back in June, I ordered as a set package, and when the product was delivered around 2-3 weeks later, I did not receive all the items- I had to emailed the company for them to be resent back out and still did not receive all items
What further more is that the main item the dinobrush itself stoped working after 6 weeks- what a complete waste of money- strong advise all people to thing twice before ordering from here

Das Teil kommt aus China, gleiches Verpackungsmaterial wie Temu!!
Die Schachtel drin, war wie eben Temu Bestellungen komplett zerdrückt!! ( Temu ist aber günstig im Vergleich).
Dann wurde mir auch noch die falsche Grösse zugesendet, Kontakt mit dem Support Team eine katastrophe!!
Ich soll mit einem Foto beweisen, dass ich die falsche Grösse erhalten hab und dann vielleicht bekomm ich die richtige Grösse!! Kulanz gleich null!!
