It does work, especially I found it helpful if I wake up in the middle of the night and then use it, I go right back to sleep.

I really wanted this to work. I keep at it for the entire box. Unfortunately is did not work. Cancelling the auto-ship feature( that I don't remember signing up for ) was cumbersome

They are tricksters and overly aggressive at making sales
Lulley assumes you will use their product everyday and wants to put you on a 30 day subscription. They asked for feedback after the first order and I told them the product was used infrequently and that I did not need a subscription. They cancelled the subscription for me. They then marketed a special sale for $10 a box, when it is normally 3x that much. I stocked up and placed the order. Then a short while later I got an email saying my next order was being shipped, but I had not placed an order for 3 more boxes at full price. I immediately wrote them to stop the order from going out. They said it was from my subscription and it was too late to stop the order and there are no refunds or returns allowed. I protested that I had cancelled my subscription. They pointed out that by buying the products that were on sale, I agreed to be a subscriber. They sent me images of the ad and it subtly says autoship (not that I was subscribing) and on the check-out page there is a small message saying product would ship every 30 days. When their shipment arrives I will have 7 boxes that will never be used. It is just too much to consume. I offered to return the product at my expense and they declined. Even though I will not open any of the packaging.
The way they manage their sales is too aggressive. I never understood I would be buying more product on a subscription. They could have easily made it obvious and let me know days in advance before they shipped a new order. I will never do business with them again.

I used the strips for 7 days and never went to sleep using them. I have tried to reach them for a refund but they want you to email them and the email address does not come up. I would like my refund. They may work for other people but I have gone back to zquil.
