LULU Dubai South Branch - 1 star is way too much!!
Your staff are complacent, rude, unwilling and nonsensical.
Last thing they say to me when paying is "happiness member?" I always respond no. There's nothing to be happy about when you go in there.
The general manager is dismissive and lacks any sense of product or customer care knowledge. The team members seem more interested at talking to their friends than assisting the customer, and their knowledge of products is almost non-existent.
When they don't know something they just walk away sheepishly pretending you're not there.
At most, there's only ever 2 people iat the checkout counters, and seldom a bag packer.
Staff is a representation of the upper echelons of a company- I'm guessing higher management are as incompetent and complacent, because the GM of the store needs to be replaced or at least demoted, and the staff need proper training by the customer care/operations director
But guess what......You won't!!!
Final say: it asks me the date of experience - I've put the latest, but it's happened multiple times!!! Best thing you could do is change it into a proper supermarket with knowledgeable staff.
My advice - avoid where possible - it sux!

I bought a TV from LuluHypermarket Capsquare. According to the return policy, TV is one of the products which can be returned if a buyer changes his mind within 7 days after the purchase is completed. I asked for return in person, the customer service representative asked me to discuss with the sellers, but the seller told me nobody would buy a returned item, and he doesn’t care about what the policy says.

Still Not Delivered After more than 4 Hours When They Promised Delivery Within 2 Hours
They claimed on their website they would deliver the items within two hours. I waited for 4 hours, but nothing was delivered. After more than 4 hours, I had to send them an email to ask them to deliver it next day because I needed to go bed. When I contacted customer service, Manu apologized but didn't offer any financial compensation for the delay. Talabat and Jahez delivery apps would offer financial compensation in such situations. Lulu delivery is highly unreliable.

Lulu has literally the worst customer service ever. I was i the shop while my daughter went to bill something releasing I’m not there with her. She says to the cashier to just cancel it but the cashier doesn’t listen & bullies her saying she doesn’t have any money. I’m very disappointed in the service by Lulu.

I ordered a Sony Bravia KD55X75k TV. Paid 1700 aed.they said, will deliver after few days. But after that, this sales man calling me from Jumbo electronics number. Then we can directly go jumbo. Then Lulu sent 2 person to install TV. They fixed TV on wall in such a way cable is not reaching outlet of both sides.

There was a mistake on transaction and we got a refund, but to our suprise we cannot use the credit note in another branch. Where we bought it was very far from out place, we were told that we need to send an email for approval of the credit note which very inconvenient. You should have a rule to get the refund in any branch as there is already a receipt and barcode.and also it was not our fault with that transaction.

The cheak out girls at lulu always steal 15 to 20 fils from customers. I have been observing this precise for a long time. If your bill is 50.55 dhs and you give 100 you will get 49.75. This happens to me all the time, for their 5 fils they will give you 20 files short. Imagine if this happens to 500 customers in a day on a single counter its a gain of 100 dhs for a cashier that makes it 2500 to 3000 a month.. I have decided not to buy anything from lulu hence forth. Inflation is already through the roof and a feeling of being cheated in a broad daylight is totally unacceptable. Those who can boycott lulu.. Let them know that we customers are not fools. 😠😠😠
