Lume De Label Avis 25

I am totally convinced ...it is a really impressive Label. I was looking for a cream woollen jumper and this one appeared online reduced from I think $115 to about $59 . It seemed exactly what I wanted and bought it ;than horror of horror I realised it "was one of those stores " 'will I ever learn thinks me' and waited for the parcel to arrive which it did today .WOW it's beautiful..fits perfectly is genuinely pure fine wool and it look perfect.I'm going to have another look !

Im usually between M and L so sizing is always stressful for me. Went with the L on the trench coat, fits exactly how its supposed to, structured but not tight. Refreshing that the size guide is actually accurate for once lol

Ive been wanting a good double breasted trench for ages but they're either way too expensive or look cheap in photos. This one is neither. The fabric has actual weight to it, the belt sits properly and it just looks polished without trying too hard. Got the dark gray. Worth every cent!!

I purchased a jacket and it was terrible quality. No lining in it and not worth $95. I asked for a refund and they continued to offer me a 30% refund and then a 70% partial refund.
I would never purchase from this website again.

Emailed them about a delay and they got back within a few hours with a full update. Really nice to deal with a brand that actually responds properly!

Was a bit skeptical because cardigans can be so hit or miss ordering online.. but this one genuinely surprised me. The knit is thick without being heavy, hits just below the hip, and the beige goes with literally everthing. Already wearing it on rotation!!

Ordered tuesday, arrived friday. Package was in perfect condition and tracking actually worked for once. Will definately order again!

I purchased an item and does not match the images from the website. Friendly emails, however , when l requested a refund and return the product, l was advised this must be returned overseas and not local and at a cost. Considering the product did not match as per the site, l was disappointed, they offered a partial credit and to keep the item that cannot be worn. They also have a rerun policy stating a cost is incurred, l was not charged a delivery fee at the time of purchase. Do not purchase from this site.

Do not purchase from this brand, they are scammers. I ordered a sweater a couple of sizes larger than my regular, for a loose fit. The item I received is laughably tiny. The fabric is thin and itchy and looks nothing like sweater from the photo on their site - the colours don't match, the fit is short and tight and if you look at the stitching it looks totally different. When I contacted them to return the item for a refund, they said I had to ship it to their overseas warehouse and that the cost is so high it's not worth it, so they offered me a 20% refund or store credit. When I pointed out this is illegal, as the item is not as described they are required to refund me and foot the bill for the return shipping, they continued to argued and refused a full refund. I have done a chargeback with visa. It's clear this is their scam, to misrepresent high quality items online and then send cheaply made, poor quality items mass produced overseas and then refuse to refund. TRUST ME, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I think the positive reviews for this shop might be fake, as I was shocked when my item rocked up. The coat looks like it’s made in a cheap sweatshop in a third world country and looks nothing like the image on the website. It’s made from see through cheap cotton that looks like a bed sheet. There are several loose threads, the button holes are frayed and the item is quite frankly not wearable.

When I asked for a return/refund, I was told that they could only give a 20% refund and I had to keep the item because the shipping costs for the return are too expensive. I said I was happy to get a full refund and pay the return fees, but the customer service team then told me again they could give me a 30% refund, and then again a 50% refund.

So for whatever reason they do not want me sending the item back, and do not want to provide a full refund or return address . Very disappointing as the item wasn’t cheap!

I have ordered a few times now and every time the items fit me perfectly, that almost never happens for me. Definitely recommend!!

Really beautiful clothing for that price, they have a bit of everything and its honestly not expensive at all. I was really surprised by the quality for what you pay, definitely recommend!

Really happy with the service at Lume De Label. I ordered a dress and the quality was actually really good but it was just a bit too small :((( I emailed them and they replied straight away and were super friendly and helped me swap it for a bigger size really easily. Got the new one now and it fits perfect!!! You don’t get service like this much anymore honestly.

I’ve been looking for good dresses for ages, like nice ones that don’t cost too much and are still cute. I found Lume De Label through someone and the dresses looked so good I just ordered straight away. It came super fast and the packaging was really cute and the material honestly feels way better than I expected for the price. Big recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a dress for my sister’s wedding, but they’re usually so pricey for something you hardly wear. A friend told me about Lume and their wedding guest collection looked so nice, and for a great price too, Really a must if you’ve got a wedding coming up!!

I always had trouble finding pants that fit me properly, they were always either too tight or too loose and it drove me crazy. A friend told me to try Lume De Label because they usually have a really good fit so I just ordered and honestly she was right. These pants fit so well around my waist and thighs I was actually shocked haha. If you struggle with this too you REALLY need to try their pants!

I found some really nice clothes on their website and had a couple questions about the fit for my body shape and they replied so fast I was actually surprised. They helped me pick the right size and it ended up fitting perfectly which never happens for me. I ordered right after and I’m so happy with everything, the quality is really good for what you pay too. I’m for sure ordering here again!!!
