NEVER BUY FROM LUME!!!!!!! Clothing quality was appalling. Cost to refund was ridiculous but I guess they don't control the shipping cost. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my money. Their AI bot "Mia" is annoying AF, how do I report these fraudsters????

After receiving the dresses, I found the size was fit. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly offered store credit instead. After several attempts to get the return address I was informed that I would have to return the items to China at my own expense, which was not made clear before ordering as mentioned in UK or Australia based company. I have send back to China with my own expense where it’s stuck at custom and they are not responding for any return of refund. Sound like scam company pls don’t buy with hard earn money.

The company is a scam. False return policy information and the quality of clothes is extremely bad. Do not buy from them.

I believed I was purchasing from a UK-based retailer. After receiving the dresses, I found the quality was extremely poor and not as advertised. The dresses arrived badly creased in small plastic bags. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly offered store credit instead. After several attempts to get the return address I was informed that I would have to return the items to China at my own expense, which was not made clear before ordering. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Lumee, Lume Melbourne and Lume De Label all appear to operate under the same company. Their branding gives the impression they’re Melbourne based, but my order has been shipped from China. I found this very misleading.
I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a coat, and if I’d known it was coming from overseas, I wouldn’t have placed the order. The customer service emails also feel automated and don’t address my concerns.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I believe Australian consumers deserve clear and honest information about where products are shipped from before they purchase.

Cheap drop shipped crap. What a rip off. Not even CLOSE to the picture.

Terrible experience. Spent over $100 on a sherpa line aviator jacket that did not look like the picture, was cheaply made and was way too cropped? When I tried to return it, the ‘australian’ based company said I needed to post it back to their manufacturer in china? Who knows how expensive/time consuming that would be? Waste of time and money.

Products are nothing like pictures and if you want to return you need to send back to China at your own cost. Might as well buy direct from Temu - much better and easier returns process.

I purchased a shacket from Lume De Label for $119.99. The product images on their website are misleading - the item I received was cheaply made and bore little resemblance to what was advertised. The item was also shipped from Bali, Indonesia despite the business presenting itself as Australian.
When I contacted them for a refund I was repeatedly offered store credit instead (starting at 15% and working up to 45%) and was never provided a return address despite three requests - making their own 30-day return policy impossible to use.
I have since lodged a chargeback with my bank, a complaint with Consumer Protection WA, and a report with Scamwatch. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store.

Horrendous quality garment with poor labeling, undersized and very synthetic feeling...any attempt to return wears you down into a sobbing, thumb sucking fetal position of despair because they are NOT MELBOURNE BASED BUT CHINESE so the cost of return exceeds all common sense!
I am furious and will be seeking advice on how to report them for falsely advertising themselves as a local company.

A SCAM - DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES THAT ARE NOT CHEAP AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN WITHIN THE TIME FRAME.

Do not buy anything from this company they are scammers! They claim to be Australian with a Melbourne address but the dress I bought took 3 weeks to arrive from China!
I was so disappointed when I saw how bad the quality was ,so cheap looking and no labels.
It looked nothing like how it was advertised on the website!
On their website they claim to offer refunds but when I contacted them they kept trying to give me a store credit or keep the item and give me 60% off another item!
They really need to be shut down! Absolutely horrible people I’m really angry! 😡

Terrible refund policy and drop shipping takes 1 month to arrive at my door step. The product color is different from their website and the quality is very inferior. I wanted to return the product but they insist to send me another one. I then had to wait another month for the replacement parcel to arrive and to my horror, it is the same product with the same color. Customer service email replies are quick but never once did they provide a return address or return shipping label. Terrible. This website should be taken down.

Do not deal with this company. They advertise they are an Australian Company but they aren't. The clothes are poor quality and cheap looking, nothing like they appear on the website. After receiving the inferior quality garment I requested a refund. The website says they offer 30 day returns if you aren't completely satisfied. You have to email requesting a refund and then they want to know why and to send photos. They email back advising you can't return the product to an Australian address and that postage will be more expensive than the actual garment. They then offer you a discount to keep the product. I kept pushing back saying I wanted a refund, but they refuse to give you an address to send the product to. In the end I was forced to keep the product at a discount. It is a cheap China brand pretending to be an Australian Product.

I'm now getting the run-around with returning both items. They will not provide the returns address and keep offering a discount in response to each email I send asking for the returns instructions

Dress arrived and could see it needed returning before even trying it on. Material is meant to be satin but it is clearly not. It is so thin and see-through tha you would be arrested for indecent exposure if you were to wear it outside! Quality is shocking poor.
Company also being long and difficult about the return and refund. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Scam - this is dropshipping poor quality from China with a fake shopfront. Don’t get sucked in. Product is awful and refund non existant - AI response terrible won’t provide return address. Ask for max refund..keep product then give to Good Sami..

I placed an order for a jacket, however shortly realised I had purchased from a drop ship company and was concerned about the quality of the item I would receive. I contacted them to request a cancellation but they said it had already been shipped.... Then 2 days later I got an email saying it had just been shipped from China.

It arrived and my concerns about a drop ship product were validated, poor quality fabric, stuffed into a cheap tiny bag, it was totally crumpled and because of the poor quality fabric I could not remove the creases. It was also way to big despite me ordering the smallest size. I suppose the saving grace in this was that there was also a hole in one of the sleeves which under UK law entitles me to return the product at the sellers cost for a 100% refund.

I contact them and was offered a replacement which I declined and they have have refused to refund the product.

Luckily I know my rights and have contacted my bank and submit a claim for the debit card transaction. I'd advise anyone else struggling with this to do the same.

The item is completely wrong. it is sent from china, the dress I received did not match the dress online at all. It is made from very noticably cheap material and was an entirely different design. The other reviews for this website must be fake, this site is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I sent them photos and requested a refund and they only wanted to give me store credit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam. The images all appear to be AI. The products are completely different. The dress I ordered looks entirely different to what is shown online. It looks so cheap like something made in a sweatshop. It is delivered from China.

I was refused a refund even though I had photo evidence that the dress I received looks nothing like pictured. The return cost is so high because it is an overseas company.
