Absolutely crap product. Arrived after about 3 weeks of waiting. They should just be transparent that their company is registered in Nelson but all their crap comes from overseas. Product bow had no adhesive, wrong sized screws and it wasn't even completely put together. Do not buy! Go to Temu and pay $13 rather than $90 from these shopify backpackers. It's the same product, trash.

Cheap junk you can buy cheaper on ebay. After sales service deliberately difficult and stalling hoping you'll just give up which I did.

OMG WHAT UTTER CRAP... I bought the solar fountain and it came with the wrong parts so it COULD NOT be assembled. Then, THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT. They are hiding behind their email.

If this is a NEW ZEALAND product, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND I will never look at any further product in the future. WHAT A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT YOU ARE LUMENORA. HORRIBLE.

Ordered from them since their site says “ NZ owned” and like to support local business as well as easy return due to nz consumer guarantee laws..
My “firefly lights” arrived supposedly warm white but they are a YELLOW colour… hugely disappointing!!! And definitely not as pictured/ advertised..

Je krijgt totaal iets ander. Werkt absoluut niet! Er zaten maar 28 pillen in? Zware oplichters!! Na bestelling wordt niet op emails gereageeed!!

I think my product price is a ripoff. The same thing on Temu is $10.95 and I paid $59.95!!!!! I am so furious. I thought being a N.Z. company that it would at least be a superior product, but is a Temu product. How can you justify charging so much?

Bestelling gekregen. Maar gewoon iets heel anders opgestuurd gekregen. Klantenservice geeft ook niet thuis. Denk niet dat ik mijn geld terug krijg…

Pure oplichting! Je krijgt nooit je spullen en je geld krijg je ook niet retour. Ze proberen je zoet te houden met automatisch gegenereerde mails.

Worst experience ever - the tracking numbers led to nothing and for a large period of time I didn't even think I was getting the products.
When they finally did arrive they were awful! Nothing like on the website. I paid over $400 to purchase about 20 lights and could have easily got better quality from Bunnings for half the price. The pictures on their website are just AI and the actual lights are nothing like it - not the colouring, strength or anything. The WhareLite is the biggest rip off of all - Temu have equivalent products for about $10 and the one we purchased said it was made in NZ but it was shipped out of China, the font looked nothing like it did in the images, it doesn't light up at night at all - the little glow that you get on the light doesn't actually light up the number or street name on the sign so it just looks like a black blob with a weird bit of pale white light. Do not purchase from this company - to get a refund I had to ship back to China at my expense and they would decide if I could be refunded or not - given how long they took to get here and the fact I could not get an address from anyone to send the lights to, to get a refund I felt that was just going to get me nowhere. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life.

Company purports to be proudly NZ owned but shop-fronts TEMU. They say orders are processed in 2-3 days. After 12 days, the supplied tracking still said 'not found'. So I complained, and magically the order changed to processed - from China. Lumenora did not answer with a human generated response with any explanation or apology as I expected from their boasted 'NZ Customer Service'. . I paid 4 times what Temu sell the same thing for.

Zeer slecht. Zware oplichters. Wel geld ontvangen maar geen bestelling opsturen.
