Slechte service bij slechte accu

Ik heb in november 2025 twee hoofdlampen en twee hondenhalsbanden bij Lux Lights gekocht. Met opzet bij Lux Light zelf omdat zij beweerden de originele producent te zijn en betere kwaliteit van o.a. de accu's te leveren. Al direct bleek de accu van één van de halsbanden slecht en dat heb ik gemeld. Na uitwisseling van wat details werd mij toegezegd dat er een nieuwe halsband zou worden opgestuurd. Toen ik na enkele weken er nog niets had ontvangen heb ik navraag gedaan. Daarop kreeg ik een mail waarin werd gevraagd of ik (weer) een foto of filmpje kon sturen en weer allerhande aanvullende vragen (nat geweest, beschadigd etc.). Omdat ik dit onzin vond, zeker omdat mij al een vervanging was toegezegd, heb ik dat ook gemeld. Ook het vermelden van een 30-dagen garantietermijn was tamelijk onzinnig want dat staat nergens op de website (alleen een gewone retour binnen 30 dagen).
Sindsdien heb ik niets meer gehoord.
Ik vind dit een schandalig slechte service bij een teleurstellende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Second torch not working

Can confirm my second torch (bought in a bundle of 2) has now stopped working. Won't charge. Won't turn on. Complete waste of money do not use this company, shocking product and shocking customer service.

I used my torch once

I used my torch once! I put it away as it was too cold to run outside. I tried using it the other day and it was dead. It would no longer charge, even after trying different chargers. I reached out for customer support and they hid behind the warranty time frame. Although customer service was nice, I would not recommend this product and it’s clearly not durable or refundable.

Waste of money…

Like so many others I bought the head torch as a Christmas present. It was great at first but stopped working after a week and my experience of after sales care was abysmal. Initially responded to my message and I did a short video showing what the problem was, then nothing ! I contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told eventually that the warranty only lasted thirty days from delivery so I could not have a refund or a replacement. They offered me a returning customer discount on another head torch! No thank you. I wouldn’t have anything to do with this company. Shame because the product was great while it lasted. Be warned.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -ITEM FAILED WITHIN MONTHS

Sad to say that this company has terrible customer service.
Had the light since December, already it will not hold charge, it has been used a handful of times since Christmas. Now totally useless to me.

Company refuse to replace, less than three months old, warranty only lasts a month... SO BEWARE!
Works great to start, but if it fails after a month, you will l get no product support from this company.

Bad product

Ordered the light and it arrived. All worked until I had to charge, but neither unit charged. I wrote to customer service; they sent a replacement, and both replacements also didn't work.
After that, the customer service didn't respond to my email. I sent multiple emails, a video showing that the product didn't work, and they responded 7-10 days later and said it's now too long, 30-day warranty over, and they can give a discount if I order a new one. Really shitty way to do buisness.

Also bought the dog collar, you can buy the same in Temu for 2-3 EUR and the same quality that you pay here over 20 EUR

First light fell apart, had it replaced and within 3 months also broken and fallen apart. Cheap Chinese crap that doesn’t last 5 minutes. Do not waste your money

During the ice storm in Louisiana

During the ice storm in Louisiana, the Luxelight was just what my husband needed when our power was off for days.
He wore the light every time he headed outside for firewood or to the grill.
Great product!

Brought two of these for xmas and now…

Brought two of these for xmas and now both will not charge, Have tried contacting the company with now responses from any of the many emails available.
If they work for you, great. If they don't then you have wasted your money......

I bought these lights as
a Christmas present for my husband hence the delay in feedback. He is absolutely thrilled with them when he's walking the dog after dark. He can see where they are going, if the ground is uneven & to pick up Ruby's deposits!! Also useful doing a repair job under the sink. He says it's one of the best surprise gifts I've ever bought him.

A bit confusing as to whether my order included the storage pouches or not.
Great light. LED strip is a game changer. My only criticism is that I find the push switches hard to find when it is in position on my head.

Disappointed in response to faulty item

I received a head torch for Christmas, perfect for running and dog walking, both of which I do a lot. Unfortunately the charger port is faulty and it’s really difficult to get the torch to charge. Also it only holds charge for about an hour. I contacted Luxlight and they are unwilling to do anything about it. I had the light for Christmas and it’s only 20 January now. Very disappointing.

Awful company

Awful company. I ordered two lights in November as Christmas presents. Took at least 2 weeks to deliver. On Christmas day when they were opened, one was faulty. I sent video evidence of the fault and the company will not refund or replace the product as they claim it is outside of warranty. For a start up business I am shocked at the lack of customer service. Avoid this company!
