WORST service ever. ordered a month in advance and still not received parcel.
I had placed an order on the 15th of September and as of today the 2nd of October (2 and a half weeks). I am still yet to receive any tracking update, this parcel has not even been received by Royal Mail yet.
I have been in contact with Luminity London directly & the response is absolutely awful! no guidance or support, they have no idea where my parcel is or when i will receive it. They have advised a date and then they just push it back and more back until they they say they can’t advice a definite answer. They are also not willing to resend the parcel or issue a refund. This bracelet was a birthday gift needed for the 12th October. I had ordered this a month in advance ?!?? It does not seem realistic to receive this order by the 12th. Luminity, if you see this. PLEASE help and respond to my recent email.
