Customer Service is absolute crap.

I wanted to give this product a try and decided sure, since all over their site is says 30-day money back guarantee. Straight up lie. I emailed and received a response asking for reciepts and photos of the product. I sent those back and then heard nothing. Followed up and was asked if the product was defective. I was honest and said nothing in particular was wrong but that I did not feel it had made any change for my skin. I have now followed up multiple times with no response.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner, I wouldn't have bought it if I had. Probably should have seen through it right away but here we are. Would never order from this site again and would advise no one else to either.

unit kicks out all the time for no reason. vibration part stops vibrating, you turn it off and on and it works again for a few seconds....garbage...

Love it. Skin feels tighter and uplifted. It’s also relaxing while you use it. It’s great !!!

Product stopped working outside of 30 days. There is no warranty on this product outside of 30 days at all.

The Luminesce Red Light Therapy device is marketed as a skincare tool that harnesses LED technology to promote collagen production, reduce fine lines, and improve overall skin tone. The product took a while to ship and arrive. Red flag for me was it shipped from outside the United States.

No real results after 2 weeks with the serum as well. A little disappointing but I am going to continue for another 2 weeks and see if anything improves.

I have not received my order yet! Where is it?!! You took my money without delivering my package!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t reach by phone, won’t call back and won’t answer emails. They’re trying to add things to my order that I didn’t approve. After trying the makeup, I should be charged 39,99 to keep it. They say I owe $117. They won’t correct it. Haven’t received my order, but when I do, it’s going right back. Please be aware of this company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Refused to cancel my order within half hour of ordering. Now want me to pay shipping to return it. Refund is not guaranteed either. It's a scam. I wish I had read Reddit reviews before ordering.

This product is amazing. My skin is so smooth. My fine forehead lines aren't as visible. I haven't had any acne on my chin since using it on the blue light filter.
My only complaint was shipping too longer than 3 to 5 business days. It was about a week and a half.

So, the device for light therapy I bought from luminesce that arrived 12/31/24, it took forever to arrive, stopped vibrating after only 49 days of use. They told me, sorry. It's outside the 30-day warranty I do not recommend.

When I posted a comment to their ad post to warn others of the product's lack of durability, including screen shots of their email telling me essentially I was out of luck because I didn'treach out before the 30-day warranty, not only was it deleted, but I was blocked from their Facebook page.

I would give a 0 if possible. Do not buy!!!!

Do not buy! Mine lasted 6 uses & will no longer charge or work, customer service team refuse to repair or refund!

The facial sculptor only lasted about 7 weeks and the customer service would not replace it as it was outside of their 30 day window. Do not waste your money.

The unit itself is fine, but problem came from the unhelpful user's guide and lack of response from your customer service. I had/have a couple of really basic, simple questions, the answers to which I couldn't find anywhere on your website. And I have received no response to those questions when I submitted them via your Contact Us form. Very unhelpful.

The device works good. Been using it now for a few weeks and have recently gotten compliments on my skin. Only downfall is that shipping takes weeks. Now 3-5 days like it says on the website

It doesn't work at all. No noticeable difference after using for several weeks. It stopped vibrating after the first few uses and I've received no response from the company regarding the issue.

I used the unit for about a month 2x a day as suggested and saw a slight improvement on my double chin. However, after little over a month the unit stopped working. It lights up but the vibration is not there. I reached out to customer service to ask if I can have it fixed or replaced because I wanted to use the unit to see if it works on my issue if I used for a long period of time. The only response I got was, they cannot help me because I bought the product a little over 30 days. Bad customer support! No help whatsoever!

It feels good but haven't seen a big difference yet.
