It took a while to get it. I'm impressed.My skin is looking tighter, cheek bones and chin are becoming more defined. Double chin is disappearing!

Worked for just more than 30days. Cant return it since they only have 30 day return policy. No troubleshooting or repairs offered and COMPLETELY IGNORED my messages.

I love this product, I was very skeptical at first, but after a week of using this product, my double chin started to dissappear! My wrinkles started to dissappear slowly, and my uneven skin tone started to improve. I recommended it to my friend and she ordered one and loves it and I order one for my sister.
The customer service is great. My orders arrived very quickly. Over all this product is amazing!

Product took forever to arrive. Have used it for almost a month with very little improvement. Wish there were directions as to how long & how many times a day to use it. Did order one for my daughter.

Product broke with less than 20 uses. No help with customer service. Don't waste your $$$ on this highly marketed tool

I used this for almost a month and didn't notice any changes to my skin. I primarily used the purple light. The vibrating was a nice feeling but didn't feel like it was doing anything for my skin. I attempted to reach out to customer service regarding returning the product and it took forever to get a response. When they did, the refused to refund since I used their product, even though their website right on the front page indicates Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee, if you aren't happy with your results. They refused to answer any of my emails after. They just want your money and I am now concerned about only seeing 5* reviews for this product.

I have been using for a couple of months and love it.

This device was a christmas gift I wanted and although it took a while for delivery and I am very happy with it. I have been using this since January 8 and I believe it has made a difference. I still need to get used to all the different modes for different effects. Very happy and ordering one for my mom.

Got my product but when i opened the box i realized how poor quality it was. I tried to return, I was told that it cannot be returned as the box was opened. How can anyone know how the product is without looking at it, do they expect to know by looking at the picture on the box? I usually don’t write reviews but this one I had to because I want people to know how much trouble they cause just because you want to return a product. Please don’t go by their promise of return, they will find a way to have you stuck with it. Not worth your time and money. There are many similar products available on Amazon with better real reviews and you are able to return if you don’t like it. I wish I know that before i fell for this one.

Product was defective. I sent multiple emails stating such. The company requested a video (really?!?) I thought the product would be less expensive if purchased direct from site. I was wrong. Cheaper on Amazon.

I would give this a zero if I could. Doesn’t vibrate, doesn’t heat and I was told when I wanted to return it that I had to send a video of myself using it first. I am not going to do that. It’s a complete waste of money and I regret getting it!!

I ordered this product on September 20 of 2024. I used it daily and will put it back in the box when not in use I went to go use it the other day and it stopped working. I am very disappointed that the customer service rep told me that they would not do anything for me. I think it’s ridiculous to pay that much for a product that only lasts four months.

SCAM! Faulty and took ages to come. Customer Service is so poor! Won't return my emails or provide a refund even though I have 30 days consumer rights.

I order device. Used it for a few weeks. Didn't notice any improvements. The device quit vibrating and making sounds the 3rd week. I have contacted the company for weeks. No one responds. I'm very upset. As this was a Christmas gift! TO expensive not to work properly!

I absolutely love this product. It feels like it works from the very first use. Amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase. Received it quite fast too

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE SCAM--I would give negative 5 if I could.
Luminescence is a SCAM. They took my money provided me with a Fake Tracking number then days later the tracking had NO information. You have to download an App just to track the fake Order.
I went onto their Website and they have NO history of my Order
They STOLE my money and had no order to ship their product.
I have cancelled the fake order. Printed all materials. Put in a Dispute with my Bank for return of Funds from this Chinese Scam

SCAM!!! They sell cheap products that don’t work. They don’t refund! No response to your emails.

Took several weeks to receive. The concept of red light therapy is legitimate. The manual should be more detailed on how to use and for how long. Some of the light settings don’t vibrate like the others. Haven’t noticed too many improvements yet, but maybe need to use for longer periods. Usually use a few minutes twice a day. Been about a month now. Any suggestions would be helpful.

AVOID AT WHOLE COSTS!!! The most awful customer service. Had this device which was a faulty , have to send them a video of it , done that and they agree that device is at faulty. They have asked if I want refund or replacement, I have asked for refund instead they have send me a replacement! Contacted them again and asked for the info how to send it back as it was their mistake , respond was that I have to pay for it ! I have explained the whole situation again and now for over a week they are just ignoring me . Absolutely terrible and time consuming. Problem is still not solved.
