The customer service staff are great shame about the returns policy. But I find unhelpful is the lack of transparency about returns and them having to be sent to Canada. I’m sure this is in the small print but I think it should be much clearer than it is and in fact I think there should be a free returns policy as postage is not paid and it’s complicated. It’s not an experience I wish to repeat, the customer service team seem to have very little little leeway in what they can do to support customers and getting your money back is the most difficult thing.

The website was very easy to shop with and I had regular updates about my orders progress. After the clothing items had arrived for my Brother he tried these on and they were a wonderful fit. We were expecting the sweater to be of a slightly thicker and warmer material however given how we are coming into summer this will still be weather appropriate, all colours of the sweaters and shirts ordered were absolutely true to shown on the website. Very happy with our first order from Lunelondon
