The lupetech team are brilliant

The lupetech team are brilliant. They answer questions and solve problems very quickly.
The new sweepbar was of a modified design and would not fit. They sent me a whole batch of parts under warranty and my machine is getting on (well before covid) so I’m looking foreward to it becoming “Trigger’s broom “

I've had my Pure Cordless for just…

I've had my Pure Cordless for just under a year. I really like it. It's more convenient to do a quick cleaning session. Although plugging in a cord ain't that big of a deal, it's just nicer to be able to pick up the vacuum and just remove some dust or whatever.

One of my batteries had weird issues lately where it did not really do anything when plugged into the vacuum. I emailed support, sent a video demoing the problem and they replaced it with a new one without a hassle. Great service. Would recommend.

It's been more than 2 years ago that I bought the Lupe Pure Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and I must say it's holding up pretty well! Yes, some parts start to get a bit squeaky and I had some parts that needed a replacement. I'd say those things happen, but every time I reached out to Lupe support they were fast in their responsed and providing a good solution. And the fact that every parts is replaceable is such a huge plus! On to the next two years!

It was easy to identify the parts…

It was easy to identify the parts needed, place the order and the delivery went well.

My only very small negative was there is no ability to order next day or next working day delivery, this would have been useful as my cleaner was out of action while we waited for the parts.

Great suction and battery life

Great suction and battery life. Would like to review in one year too. Hose is short, but we use our old big vac to reach the 9’ ceiling corners and crevices.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE after a small communications glitch.

Got a call from the UK and Lupe was very sorry about my experience and made everything good. Expecting my warranty replacement battery soon!

Excellent

I heard mixed reviews and wanted to try it out myself.

There were some reviews the question is durability as well as ability to clean rooms.

I’ve been using it for a number weeks and can clearly state that it is an excellent product and the amount of dirt is astonishing to me. Prior we were using other vacuums that did not do the job.

Really really powerful

Really really powerful. Unlike others this vac really delivers all the power and performance of a mains powered upright in the convenience of a cordless. The battery is the longest lasting I have ever used and goes on for more than you would expect. A really neat product that delivers more than you expect even for the price.

Extra filter and battery

as always Lupe technology is great to work with. I love my Lupe vacuum. I would encourage everyone to have a second filter. The performance of your vacuum will be at its best with a clean filter and lets face it who wants to be laid up while waiting for your washed filter to dry. Just have a spare that way you are always ready to go. Same is true with a second battery.

Thanks Lupe for your great customer service. I love my Lupe vacuum it has great suction and having no cord makes it so easy to use. It arrived missions a small piece but was completely usable. I contacted customer service via text and was helped immediately. I received the missing part in just a few days and I’ve been happily vacuuming ever since.

LUPE Wonderful!!

To start with, assembly was effortless! The weight of the machine is almost non existent! The power of the machine is mind blowing! And the sound? What sound? I can vacuum late into the night and not disturb anyone in the house! The Lupe is so darn BEAUTIFUL that I hate to use it on dirt because I don't want to get the LUPE dirty! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine! Whether I'm using the rollers/brush or using it completely handheld, (and I've used it both ways!), it far surpasses anything other machine I have EVER used! My husband and I are hiding it from my adult children (they'll have to get their own)!

Take a chance on something different!

We took ages deciding which vacuum cleaner to buy. There’s such a range out there and we were tempted to go for the obvious again - Dyson, but decided to do a bit more research into whether there might be something more powerful as I’ve felt the Dyson can feel a bit flimsy and plastic-y. So pleased we did - the Lupe is so much more powerful and collected so much more dust /dirt than the previous vacuum cleaners we owned (Miele and Dysons). We’ve recently moved into a new house and the previous owners had cats and it picked up so much even though the house had allegedly been deep-cleaned. I would urge anyone to give it a try - so easy to buy the obvious brands, but we’re glad we took a chance , especially as we had peace of mind that we could return it in 90 days if we didn’t lie it! (Didn’t have to though!)

I contacted Lupe several months ago and complained the vacuum is not holding a charge. The customer service sent me a new power adapter. When I asked why they sent me a power adapter (and not a battery), you guys dismissed me and said it was likely the power adapter. Not sure how you could divine that, but whatever. After several months and back and forths, a new battery was sent. Why not just send a new battery and power adapter from the beginning? This vacuum is crazy expensive and it's been collecting dust because it is a piece of non-functioning crap.

Hello- I can see you have been getting support on this issue since you first reported it on December 15th and that the first replacement part was sent on December 19th. We have a protocol to follow when we have issues and I can see it was followed correctly.

You followed up with another enquiry on January 24th and a new battery was ordered for you the same day.

If there was a long gap between purchase and use then its possible the battery supplied got overly discharged (as all batteries can do when left untouched). The dates on your file suggest these gaps may have occurred and that its not to do with you waiting for parts from us.

If you are still unhappy now you have replacement parts (that in both instances were delivered very quickly from your enquiry) then please reach out to customer service again.

Any return under the 90 day window needs to be initiated by the customer.

Choose A Different Vacuum

Have exchanged quite a few emails back and forth and am nowhere near a resolution.

I don’t feel very listened to by the person responding to my emails.

I have used my Lupe vacuum under 2 years with 2 adults & 2 short haired cats in a low traffic 1200 sq foot house and it gets so clogged it doesn’t work every single time I use it. I vacuum every other day. I have worked as a house cleaner in homes with Burmese mountain dogs and have had no clogging issues such as this before- but with Dysons.

It looks like taking a chance on a new product and new company ended up being a total mistake- and a costly one at that.

My machine is not even a year old and it has broken 2 times. I received a replacement part the first time and in the process of waiting to see what Lupe will do for me this time. Not happy!!

Never answered my email with concerns of battery only lasting 20minutes

I sent an email directly after purchasing this expensive sweeper and never received a reply. It was about the battery lasting much less than the advertised time. I had hope that his company would be different and if I was will to spend that kind of money I would at least get a reply back
