Super experience with Lush Interiors. Dining Table and Chairs were delivered within a week and the delivery men were so helpful and fast in making the table and chairs in our kitchen.

Do not use this company quality and service is diabolical
Hi All
I bought a Luca Marble table from here I spent £2.343.70 it looked great online when received the quality and detail was not up to standard it didn’t take few weeks until the gloss marble finishing on top the table had been cracks all over the top layer like it was key or something sharp strokes I stroked my fingers through but it was inside the gloss finish of the table.
This table was placed in dinning room were me and my wife have not used yet to eat on not even once.
I emailed lush interior regarding this and they can’t solve the problem and been very unprofessional to do anything about it as I said I spend a lot of money. Also that if it happen when building table I should have reported then I clearly explained this we didn’t seen the marks then it appeared after few weeks not a mark and that there was all over the table and around the edges. Yet still said they can’t do nothing so we are very not happy with their service and product.
I won’t be recommending anyone or any purchase again.

As explained in our previous correspondence, the issue was reported around two months after delivery. At the time of delivery and assembly, customers are given the opportunity to inspect the furniture and report any concerns so that we can address them promptly.
Unfortunately, as the matter was raised significantly after delivery and the table had already been assembled and in the home for some time, we were unable to determine that the issue was present at the time of delivery or due to a manufacturing fault.
We do understand that this is disappointing and we are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for.

Excellent from ordering to delivery, the reason for 4 stars not 5 is there are some scratches on the woodwork although slight and on the back of the stool quality control should be improved

Good quality
Got sofas from them a while back and they are still in very good condition. I’m really pleased with the quality and they’ve held up extremely well over time. The design is stylish and fits perfectly in my space, and the comfort has remained just as good as when I first got them. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for durable and well-made furniture.

Impeccable service, quality chairs!
The service from Lush was impeccable. From order to delivery I was communicated to throughout, speaking directly to the courier prior to delivery to ensure someone would receive the gorgeous stools I ordered for my kitchen island. The delivery driver mentioned I could open the box to view the items and return if not satisfied. He was very helpful and friendly. Regarding the cream and gold stools they are just gorgeous, amazing quality and super comfortable too which was my main priority when ordering chairs for our island and I cannot recommend their products enough.
I will definitely be ordering again from Lush.

The whole experience with lush interiors was very positive. They understood my needs well and were happy to help refine my needs and tell me all and ipdate in all information about delivery since i live in london.
