Luxaflex Australia - Designing Windows Bathurst Avis 33

Am really happy with the lovely sheer blinds installed over my new French doors. They give a softness to the doors which was what I was wanting. Service and installation by Wayne from Blinds by Design, Bathurst was terrific.

If I could give a 0 I would. We paid over $8000 because they made an error & they had to come back twice. Paid for “total” blockout blinds which sun still streams through. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload here. I wouldn’t recommend luxaflex at all. Don’t waste your $$.

I am delighted with the Luxaflex blinds I had fitted to my large family room. I chose blockout blinds because two large windows receive intense sun in summer. They work well and have reduced the temperature in the room.
The blinds were fitted well and are easy to use. They have really enhanced the look of the room.

Previously I had plantation shutters fitted to three bedrooms and I love them. I received great service and they look really good from the outside of the house as well as furnishing the inside.

They are both such good products I have recommended them to family and friends. This is the third house I have lived in where I have chosen trusted Luxaflex products.

I attended my local Bathurst luxaflex store late 2021 after some assistance in making my main bedroom darker due to being a shift worker.

The team at Bathurst gave me a number of different options which were detailed around my budget.

I currently have honeycomb blinds which would have cost upwards of 8,000$ to replace them with block out side channels and new blinds which are custom made by Luxaflex blinds. The team went above and beyond to assist in making custom side channels which would save me a load of money in replacing my current blinds

They were able to powder coat the Channels and made them look like they were apart of the original binds.

Purely based on the fact they were able to custom make and measure the materials to save me money, shows the team are all for assisting customers.

I highly recommend the team and there fitters.

The customer service was really poor, which is surprising for a branded business. The person working at the shop is quick, professional and easy to deal with. The other person whom we dealt with, was the opposite. The whole process took weeks and weeks due to poor communication (no direct communication over the phone despite my requests), not being responsive or not listening or not caring. I couldn't handle this so I asked my husband to deal with them. At the end, the installation team didn't show us how to operate the installed awnings. The experience was frustrating. I will not deal with this business again.

Rhonda & the guys at Luxaflex Bathurst are fabulous to deal with . I have had this team do the blinds for two houses in recent years.
Their customer service & workmanship are outstanding.

My new blind is exactly as I had envisaged…. Beautiful and functional. Installers were prompt, polite and quick with the installation.

The work was carried out promptly and completely to our satisfaction. Installation team were efficient and courteous at all times cleaning up after they left. Very happy with the materials and the job.

We absolutely love our Luxaflex blinds, they look fantastic and work beautifully. We have huge double glazed windows across the front of our north facing home and wanted something to take the glare off but not block the view and also a blockout blind for night to keep the heat in and our sun shade and blockout combo blinds are perfect, and when their up they just blend in and you don’t notice them in your view. Their very well made and a very high quality. Would highly recommend.

Everything from start to finish was easy. The expertise and guidance from Rhonda and Oliver, with different options for our screen, was appreciated and the result is so good. We now have an extra room in our house by weather proofing our patio, and it’s the perfect place for the kids on these winter days.

We are more than happy with the customer service and the products we have received so far. We are very atisfied and will recomend to anyone.

Brilliant! We love our Luxaflex blinds and have convinced some of our friends to purchase them also. They look great and have completely changed out home.
