I ordered two sets of eyelash serums but received an eyebrow serum instead. Since then I’ve been going back and forth with customer service around 14 times and they still can’t seem to understand the problem. Four weeks later they finally sent a return address — with no phone number or email — which is useless when you need to confirm return details and get a return label. I’ve been chasing them for days with no response. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, zero accountability, and it feels like a complete scam. Do not order from this company until they fix their returns process and actually train their support team.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I’ve tried to do a return so I’ve emailed THREE times and had 0 response. I’ve messaged them on Facebook and it is just an auto bot telling me to email them which I already have. Would AVOID

Complete scam, they'll take your money and never send anything and then never respond to emails.

Absolutely shocking! The product did not work at all. I have tried contacting them for a refund and they haven’t replied to any of my emails. I really wouldn’t recommend this product. I want a refund!!!!!

Please all report all ads you see from them! Should be banned from site!!!

I placed an order on 2nd August and only received it on 15th August. The item was shipped from China (which was not made clear when ordering) and even sat in an Asian food shop for days before being delivered.

I do not wish to use the product — it is still unopened — and I requested a return and refund. However, the company has not responded to my emails, and there is no phone number listed on their website to contact them.

Very disappointing customer service. I am now looking into how to report the company.

Placed an order this morning but havent recieved my confirmation email. Emailed them to get a auto response. Messaged them on instagram. They keep reading my messages but not responding. I have asked them to cancel my order, but again they have read my message but not responding. Wouldn't recommend this s**t show to anyone. Now going through my bank to cancel the transaction

Item took a bit longer then expected to arrive, but i was kept updated onthe status of my items via email and customer service responded to my enquiries very fast and were very helpful. Would use again..

This product is very good and I can see the difference in my hair only used it for two weeks.

So beautifully presented and love the superb quality of the serum. This serum actually does make eyelashes grow and I’m very impressed so much that I highly recommend it.

Product is nicely presented and well packaged. Good instructions online and in the box, you need plenty of time to apply these as there is a process, steps take average 12mins each. I brought the two kits on offer and have been reusing the shields with better result with the lash adhesive to fix the shield in place. Nice kit that achieves results just need to be patience as it is fiddly the first couple of times. A good mirror is a must. The kits do not include the tint so be aware you need to order the tint kit separately.
Disappointed with the delivery time, it took ages and I was surprised the product came from abroad.
If you’re a regular Lash Lift girl then you need to try this, it’s a good alternative to booking all them appointments and more cost effective if you have time and patience. I’ve used it once, and redone my left eye and have been super pleased with the results. I’m using this with a good lash growth serum and sooo pleased I tried it for the offer price.

They have the company address as London ,was shocked to find out my purchase was coming from China if i ever get it and will certainly be wary of using the product , in fact it will be going in the bin as who knows what is in it!

Company does not hold to their “30-Nights Risk Free Trial” or their “30-day money-back guarantee” as they advertise.
Product does not work- glue is completely useless as are the lash pads.
Customer support ignores emails and sends generic responses that do not solve the problem or even respond to what you say. They completely violate all guarentees.
I have had to open a dispute with my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE PACKAGE AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. THE COMMENTS YOU SEE ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM ARE PAID PROFILES TO STATE THOSE GOOD REVIEWS BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM. I ORDERED IN DECEMBER, WE ARE NOW IN FEBRUARY AND NOTHING. I GOT A MESSAGE THERE WAS NO POSTAGE SO THE PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK AND THEY STILL WONT OFFER A REFUND.

I would give no stars if it was an option.
I ordered in December as a Christmas present. When the recipient came to use the set in early January the glue was set and meant they could not use the set.
We immediately contacted Luxe and were sent a response advising to warm the glue in a bowl of warm water, which we tried and it did not work so we contacted again and have not had a response since despite over 6 emails. I have tried to sort through pay pal but they denied the refund as it has now been longer than 30 days since it arriving due to us trying our best to contact luxe to sort, and also due to the delaying in using it as it was a present. We are now having to get them something else..
Absolutely disgraceful customer service

The whole website promotes itself as a London-based company but parcels ship from Hong Kong with an unknown shipping company. The emails after ordering also suggest it is not uk based at all.

The parcel tracking is awful, it doesn’t let you manage any parcel preferences or get in contact with the shipping company (nor what it was called??), so after 2 ‘failed’ delivery attempts - not sure any attempts were made! - My parcel was left in limbo and threatened to be sent back to the sender.

I contacted the company via email at least 4 times over 2 weeks and never got any responses despite them claiming they will get back to you within 48hrs on their website.

Claimed money back via bank, don’t bother, waste of time and money! Also they signed me up to email newsletters without asking after ordering 👎

Do not buy from this company. My order turned up but the glue for the lash lift was solid. I have messaged 3 times with no reply, no refund, no replacement. What a waste of £30.
