We've used Luxo Italia before and they never disappoint. They recently planned and managed a trip to Milano and Lake Garda for my family. Everything went great, and when there were some glitches, Andrea was only a phone call away to address it for me. Being always available and reachable is very comforting!

It was a wonderfully streamlined service that covered everything we could have hoped for. The best service ever. We are so impressed! We even made requests and changes whenever we felt like up to the end and always there was a polite and efficient response. Truly made us feel special!

Walking the streets of Florence with a knowledgeable guide, traveling through the beautiful hills of Tuscany, tasting the wine of the region, were all made possible by the team of Luxo Italia. Paul did a fabulous job planning our experience in Italy. The hotels we stayed at were absolutely fabulous (Castellina Di Casole in Tuscany, St. Regis in Venice, Mandarin Oriental on Lake Como). The various tours and dinners that Paul set up were wonderful (Wine tastings, cooking class, Murano & Burano, etc). The ground transportation and handlers did an excellent job. Fantastic adventure…
We arrived home yesterday afternoon. Just wanted to let you know we very much enjoyed our time in Italy and to acknowledge your efforts at building our itinerary, our interaction with the folks that shuttled us from locations and the guides we interacted with, all were passionate at what they were doing all were just very nice. Paul Lewis and his company created a Dream Vacation for my wife and I. We are celebrating our 40th anniversary and wanted something special. We got that and way more. We could not have imagined the adventure Paul had planned. From the moment of our VIP Meet and Greet in the Rome airport we were treated like royalty. Our drivers were all extremely courteous and professional; always on time and communicated effectively. The hotel accommodations were all over-the-top; extremely 5-star. Paul kept us posted and updated each and every day. When I realized I had missed getting a hotel in Naples the night before an early departure, Paul again showed why he is the best. On short notice he obtained a reservation at an upscale hotel not far from the airport; and he worked it into our trip budget at No Additional Cost!!!
The private boat cruise along the Amalfi Coast and the private Cooking Class in Positano are just two examples of a trip my wife and I will never forget.

It’s difficult to explain our trip to Italy (September 2-12, 2023) through Luxo Italia without simply stringing superlatives together. But when I talk to my friends about it I find myself telling them about the little details, because EVERY detail of our trip was so perfectly planned and executed—from the daily texts from Paul checking to make sure everything was going well, answering any questions and informing us of the plans for the day, to the personalities and knowledge of each tour guide, driver, escort and wait staff (all seemed to know Paul well) that made our trip so very easy and enjoyable. Paul’s choice of hotels gave us such a wonderfully diverse experience: the serene Casa di Langa in the Piedmont wine country, the exquisite little jewel box Villa Palazzo in Verona and the classically elegant St. Regis in Venice. The restaurant choices were equally diverse and amazing: leisurely lunches on narrow terraces beside the river or overlooking a small town or at an outside café; elegant dinners on a terrace looking out over wine valleys or under a massive chandelier or by the window above Saint Mark’s Square or with Paul and his lovely wife, Viktoriya at Casa Perbellini (which included meeting the chef and being invited to see the restaurant’s kitchen--one of my favorite things to do!) In each and every one we were served the best, most beautiful meals we have ever enjoyed. Our schedule was unrushed and allowed time in the afternoons to rest, take advantage of hotel services or explore on our own. Paul was very flexible in the planning of our trip. He gave us the best boutique winery tours we’ve ever had and even squeezed in an evening at the Opera at the Arena in Verona at our request. Truly, this was the trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Paul, for making this 40th Anniversary the one we will always remember!

Paul Lewis' deep understanding of Italy, its finest hotels, guides, restaurants, tours, etc. was outstanding!
His patience and willingness to discuss all details and choices was, also, most welcomed.
In the end, his ideas were always spot on!
Our late August, early September 2023 luxury trip to Venice, Montalcino, and Florence was one we will never forget.
It was truly breathtaking, delicious, comfortable, and extraordinarily educational.

We had the privilege of working with Paul to plan our 17 day trip to Italy. We traveled to Positano, Capri, Rome, Florence, and Venice. The planning from the hotels, the tours, and the transportation could not have been better. This was our first time traveling to Italy and Paul took all the stress away. There was someone to meet us at the airport and escort us through customs. We knew at that time that we were in great hands. The hotels were exceptional and the service was amazing.
