The itinerary that Paul Lewis arranged for my wife and I and another couple was truly the trip of our life. Paul was able to make every step of the journey a first class memorable experience for us. From the minute we landed in Rome and were escorted to our ground transportation to being delivered to our returning flight in Milan, all was expertly handled. The hotels, reservations, tours and ground transportation was all flawless.
We did work with Paul letting him know what we were interested in doing and he did all of the rest.
He communicated daily with us, providing info and drivers times and names. Five star service the entire time and capped of with a great dinner together our last night in Italy.

Just finished 3 glorious weeks in Italy.Travelled to many cities from north to south ,so the planning was critical. Had at least 10 private transfers and a variety of beautiful hotels . Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped for! Took a big leap of faith last year and put our trust in Paul Lewis from Luxo-Italia. Off of a phone call we entrusted our trip to Paul and could not be happier. Key for me was his honesty and professionalism. What’s also great is Paul is down to earth and actually listens to what is important to you! He was in constant contact throughout our travels making sure everything was to our liking. Very grateful how things worked out. Lifetime of new memories and already planning a next trip with Paul once again being our travel agent. He earned our respect and trust!

Luxo Italia pulled a rabbit out their hat for our trip! Our trip was planned at the last minute, and they put together an amazing experience. I tried briefly, without success, to plan a few things for my family. At the late time, I couldn't really find much that was appealing. They literally had no time to plan but really delivered with white glove personal service.

Every detail was very customized for us and all the people with dealt with were very professional. We had great private tours in Florence, high end winery visits and an amazing cooking class in the Tuscan countryside, and luxury accommodations and delicious meals throughout Italy. Timing and transfers were all on schedule with professional staff.

We are very grateful to Paul and Luxo Italia for a fantastic experience. I will be using them again.

His experience starts the minute you are greeted when stepping off the plane. Paul checked in daily while we were in Italy and made sure we had everything we needed. We met pre-Covid with the owners Paul and Andrea to discuss the possibility of using Luxo Italia to arrange all the details for our trip. Immediately we knew they were trustworthy and extremely familiar with what a 5-star experience should entail, particularly in all areas of Italy. We booked our trip for June 2020 and then had to cancel given Covid travel restrictions. We had made a substantial deposit with them and had decided to leave the deposit with them, knowing we wanted to take the trip as soon as it was reasonable to travel again. We trusted them to ensure that the deposit was secure and 2 years later, we were planning again!

Every single detail was covered beautifully:
- private transfers in luxury vehicles from every location to another
- amazing hotels and hotel rooms
- boat tours in Capri and Como
- wine tasting and Michelin star lunch in Tuscany
- guided tour with history expert in Florence
- several Michelin star restaurants throughout our trip.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Paul and Luxo Italia! During our travels, Paul was immediately responsive to any questions and prepared us for the next day’s activities the evening before. His responses were commonly within minutes and we knew we had a friend and advocate with us along the way.

Since the beginning the requests were heard and got very good shape with the suggestions made by Luxo Italia. They put together a very good itinerary and we really enjoy the trip thanks to the good coordination of the activities and the convinient schedule. All the trips were covered in time and the lodging was great. On one of the hotels that we arrived we had a minor inconvinience however Luxo Italia was there for us and fix it asap. I strongly recommed traveling with them, they make Italy seen more great than what is already is.

My family and I just returned a 2 week trip to Italy planned by Andrea at Luxo Italia. From my initial inquiring email through the wonderful opportunity to dine with Andrea in Florence - every experience was simple perfect. He took time to understand our vision for the trip and get to know our preferences to create a very special and customized itinerary. There is not a bit I would change (well, except for the opportunity to stay longer!) from his original proposal. We were provided great communication throughout the trip. Paul & Luxo Italia made this a “you only live once” vacation of Italy. They gracefully put together an amazing package of once in a lifetime events & experiences; all coupled with 5-star hotels and transportations. He did an amazing job of incorporating our previously booked cruise. He kept in contact everyday to make sure all proceeded as planned and went out of his way to book special dinners even during parts of the trip not booked through him. Would go nowhere else for out next Italy adventure but back to Luxo Italia. Thank you Paul.

Luxo Italia took such a good care of us during our honeymoon - the attention to details is amazing! Everything we discussed prior to our trip was taken into account and even exceeded our expectations. We travelled during uncertainty of COVID restrictions between countries - Luxo provided all the necessary info in a timely manner and even went an extra mile to explain the newly changed rules to the venues to ease our experience. All the venues and people that accompanied us on our custom events were carefully chosen and made our experience even more unforgettable.
