Luxury Paints Avis 

Paid for next day delivery. Emulsion came on 3rd day.
Email saying gloss not available (having taken my money) and no indication when it would arrive.
7 days later I cancelled the order and picked up same paint from local branch of Farrow and Ball who made it on site
2 days later was informed paint was on its way when I had already cancelled so had to send further email.
I'm still waiting for the refund for gloss paint

Fantastic quality paint with good colours

0rdering and receiving the paint was no problem - all efficient. I have not used chalk paint before - had read up the pros and cons and decided to give it a go - on the whole i found it fairly straight forward although this is not for someone who wants a quick job - several thin layers does a good job and the finishing wax really completes the job - I would use this again I have given this product 4 stars mainly because of my inexperience of using chalk based paint

Due to the sample pots taking so long to come I emailed requested they be cancel and my money refunded. This did not happen and the samples arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Disappointing, if not in stock why not ring and see if still required.

Disappointed. I needed paint urgently and asked where the paint company was based as I understood they were in my neighbouring town and luxury paints charged another £10 for next day delivery as they said I could not collect and the company were based further away than I believed. In the end I drove to where I thought they were and collected it but the sales person at Luxury Paints was unhelpful and seemed to be a problem creator not a problem solver. I will buy else where in future.

The company said the tester paint would take 2-4 days to arrive .it is now 3weeks I ask for a refund and the company said no .I think this is disgusting service and I would not use your company again

No delivery after 2 weeks (1-3 days listed) and not answering enquiries as to whereabouts…

Ordered online as the shop I went to didn’t have the colour I wanted. Arrived quickly. It is nice paint to use and give a good finish. Using it to upcycle an old wooded corner cupboard.

The paint was a completely different colour to the swatch. The company refused a return/refund even though I only used 1 brush full. I am an artist so do know about colour theory, but this was meant to be a dark green but was bright turquoise. Also a sticky texture. Went back to F&B. Complained and got nowhere unfortunately. Customer services at Coat paint were much better, when their paint wasn’t up to standard they refunded and sent me a new pot. Luxury paints made it feel like I was trying to return a car or something! No points for customer service. Won’t use them again.
