Used these for many years now.
Great service and very competitive prices. Helpful and courteous drivers always bringing our crates up our drive.

One suggestion: An optional ‘lid’ to purchase would be a great idea.
All the crates are the same size so a plastic molded ‘top cap’ would enable these crates to be used as a proper log cabin.

As currently the top polythene cover sags and breaks when it rains we put a piece of marine ply on top but something more permanent would be great!

Regular customer. Great wood - really dry and burns perfectly in our wood burner. Order dispatched quickly and received a phone call in adnace to kook delivery day. Will be back next year.

I have and had no issues with your Company. The items I ordered were delivered on time and effectively, the drivers were great and very helpful.

Very pleased with the delivery and the wood is first class. Will be ordering more in the future.

This is my 4th year with this company and I do 4 pallets a year. All I can say is, they try hard to serve well.
The wood is good quality and the delivery system been improved!

Always good quality products. The delivery is not very specific though. I usually get a call an hour before it's getting delivered at which point I could be miles away and it's raining

Purchased 30 some oak sleepers earlier this year. No mention of imperfections in the description. Only 25% of them were cut accurately, some way out. Definitively a Friday afternoon in the sawmill. Also many had uneven sides-bark showing on corners etc. Typically the worse sleepers were in the centre of the pallet so didn’t get a good look at them during delivery. Made constructing my timber wall a nightmare. Will not be using this company again.

The Luxury Wood Company delivered a tall 700kg pallet to me, the delivery driver lost balance of it and tipped it over towards me. I had to jump out of the way to avoid serious injury. The courier then left the large broken pallet of wood in the middle of the pavement/road blocking the public. He, and the Luxury Wood Company said there was nothing they could do, and asked me to literally clear up their mess which took me several hours. They promised me some compensation for this work but then simply ignored my calls when I followed up. They lie and cheat, so I'd really recommend sourcing your wood anywhere else.

I have given you only 2 stars because you do not fill the creates to the top as every other supplier I have used does . Your wood is great , but if two rows are missing from the top of every create, it’s expensive. Fill the creates and I would give you a 5 stars

Excellent product, wood and briquette combo. Great service arrived on correct date very helpful delivery company.

The products, as always, are well packed, the quality is excellent and they burn beautifully.
I was a little disappointed at the delivery charges, which seem very high now, especially since they take over a week to deliver.
I will buy here again and am happy to recommend them.

when i opened the net i found three largest logs and the rest small ones i chose oak because it was the hardest wood before i have burned ash which i found a lot better it lasted longer and nowhere near small logs ash work out nearly 50% cheaper

Wood is 5*, as always. Delivery was great, wood placed exactly where i requested, just sticking out long ways into driveway - its a shame that the delivery notification email arrived after i had left / arrived at work, stating delivery time to soon to be able to arrange for someone to be there - would have given 5* overall if, for not enough notice on delivery

wood is fine, however, the kindling is below the previous experience with luxury wood. for the bags I've used in this delivery, the splitting is poor and I've had to manually split it for use with an axe.

I have nothing but great things to say. The Luxury Wood Company was the second company we used and now we wouldn't shop anywhere else. Great prices great product and great choice. 👍

Excellent service from company. The only reason they did not get 5 stars, was that I put on the information to be contacted about delivery date prior, so I could liaise and ensure I was in to receive delivery. I got no contact from
Company until I received a message from delivery carrier saying it was coming the following day. Fortunately someone was in but if no body had been my wood could have been stolen. I work shifts so it was important that someone is available to take delivery.

Excellent company. Good products. Efficient service.
Please try to find an alternative covering for heat logs.
It says re useable plastic bags but they are difficult to open to extract logs and still be able to use the bags.

Could be wrong but,have seen many silver birch in my time.
Wondered why my batch seemed to have quite a bit of it in when I ordered Alder…..
Quality this time not as good and ended up with 3 Large Asda bags of what I would describe as kindling …..

I have been a customer since 2018
And to be totally honest this is the worst batch …….
I have ordered 3 times this yr also so not a one off buyer …….

JT leyland fobbed the delivery dates off x2 before I said I wasn’t willing to wait an extra 4 days for the local pub to receive theirs …..so they got theirs 4 days earlier than expected……

I get 2 stacks in the basement and 11 Asda shopping bags to put the rest in of which 3 were full of what can only be described as Kindling .

Will not be ordering Alder again any time soon .

Perfect hardwood for burning. Not just low moisture readings on the outside, but low moisture inside, which allows it to burn constantly without having to add kindling to help the log core burn which is a definite problem with other log suppliers.
A little on the expensive side and availability can be a problem sometimes, so if you have the room, I’d order in advance. Best supplier I’ve tried in 9 years since buying our wood burning stove.
