Quality of the wood was inferior compared to previous consignments of ash. Much lower calorific value and lower density which translates as shorter burn duration. Delivery was excellent and so was packaging

A delivery window of 5 days, 22nd April to the 27th April, was given by White Horse Energy when the order was placed. However, no tracking number was provided to allow the delivery to be tracked which is important as due to the size of the pallet delivery attendance to accept the delivery is required.
After staying in from the 22nd April I tried to contact White Horse Energy on the 24th and 27th April to confirm the delivery date only to be answered by a taped message that lasted for 8 seconds before terminating the calls. They eventually answered my call on the 28th April, initially they were not helpful resulting in me advising them that I would be terminating the order unless they confirmed a delivery time. This did stimulate a response and 2 hours later they confirmed a delivery time for a delivery outside of the delivery window provided on the order.
I was only going to give 0 to 1 star but have given 2 stars as when the delivery arrived the driver was very helpful and the product is as advertised. I will not be placing future orders with White Horse Energy. I would rather pay more for a better service elsewhere.

I haven't received my order from White Horse Energy. The haulier says that they haven't received it yet either.

The delivery driver was super helpful and polite but I had ordered logs and got what seemed to be pizza wood or lighting wood with not a handful of actual logs. So I don’t feel I got what I paid for at all.

Yet again no delivery a week after I ordered -and no explanation.

Lovely wood and the right length delivered well and on time. However, many of the logs were of a size for me to have to chop for my Morso Squirrel. Not what I really want at 79 but I suppose it will do me good!

Easy to order and choose delivery times. Great delivery. Products looks good too.

Pellets delivered by a very pleasent driver who placed them in the garage as required all bags in good condition on a good quality pallet, pellets are nice and clean no dust burn well ash is nice and crisp.

Ordering is fine via website, delivery also fine, Palletways have the best service. However, Both email addresses sales@ and support@ come back as undeilvered. Both phone numbers also just answer with 'welcome, please note etc.' then nothing. I have a question that needs answering.

It was a difficult delivery because I live on a narrow road and the large delivery lorry couldn't get all the way down. But the delivery driver was very helpful and managed to get my logs down to my driveway on the trolley. Next time I'll ensure that I book a smaller trailer!
The logs burn superbly. Highly recommend.

This company should be avoided!!!!!
They do not respond to issues, and they totally ignore long-standing customers when a complaint is raised.
Pallets come often come broken and pallet contents damaged. Last order of pellets had nearly 10% spoilt and White Horse could not even be bothered to reply to a complaint before this review was posted. USE AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used White Horse to buy online and deliver wood pellets for the past few years in one tonne batches. Speedy delivery, excellent quality premium wood pellets. Very happy to recommend this company.

Good value bulk delivered firewood. Have ordered from White Horse Energy several times and the firewood has always been good quality, lighting easily and burning cleanly.
Delivered to my drive within days of ordering.
