Lux Wedding Car Hire made our special day unforgettable! The cars were absolutely stunning, spotless, and arrived right on time. The chauffeur was professional, courteous, and added a touch of class to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for elegant and reliable wedding transport in London.
Absolutely brilliant service! I give it 5 stars for everything. The drivers were really lovely, well-presented, and they seemed happy. We had two beautiful, comfortable, and roomy classic taxis. I can definitely recommend this company, cars, and drivers!
I booked the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud for my sister’s wedding, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The driver, Mark, contacted me two days in advance to introduce himself and confirm all the details, which gave us great peace of mind. On the day, he arrived 30 minutes early, and the car looked absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated with ribbons.
Mark was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind. He made the entire journey feel special and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Brilliant, professional service. We used Lux for our wedding day and couldn't be happier with the service! The car arrived on time, Alexandr is a great driver and was really friendly and talkative. He allowed us to take as many photos with the car as we wanted, and he even became a photographer for us at one stage! Would highly recommend using Lux.
I booked a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud for my son's wedding on 5 August and it was brilliant. Anatoly, the driver provided an excellent service. He was prompt and polite and the car was excellent. Svitlana from Lux Cars was also very helpful throughout. I would recommend them.
We hired a Bentley Mark VI for our wedding last month and were really happy with the service we received. Vlad our driver was on time, friendly and made sure we had a comfortable ride. We would recommend Lux Wedding Car Hire to anyone newly engaged!
Do not book this company, they let my daughter down by e mail 4 days before her wedding, she booked the cars a year before, they didn’t even have the curtsey to ring her. Stay away from them

Thank you for your feedback, it is invaluable for us and we will look at ways this can be improved in the future.
We do however need to clarify the details as those showing do not accurately reflect the fact. Your daughter actually has booked two cars for her wedding.
Unfortunately, 5 days prior to the wedding one of our car had some technical issue. In order to avoid unpleasant experience for everyone we have informed your daughter by the email and have offered her the solution. We have offered as a replacement couple of available vehicles from our fleet, with very similar specifications and a lower price.
Regretfully your daughter has refused our offer and cancelled two cars one hour later. Consequently, as per her request we have processed full refund immediately in order to allow her time to find own replacement vehicles.
We honestly done everything possible from our side to resolve this situation. Also due to the age of the car which 70 years old it is not always possible to fix it in a short period of time.
I am very sorry for the inconveniences you have experienced and thank you once again for your feedback.
