They say they'll post your order within a few days and it'll arrive a few days after that...... I've chased and chased... apparently they're 'fulfilling my order'... Still.... weeks later.....

If I could I would give this company no stars, absolutely awful, no communication, took 6 weeks to get an acknowledgment from them to be able to return an item.

Do not buy from this company! No response to emails when trying to return. Returned anyway and back and forth for weeks arguing over a refund! Disgusting customer service.

Company is a complete scam! Paid for express delivery item came nearly 3 weeks later.. I tried to contact them regarding this and I got a rude reply to return when I received item by sending email.. which I did and they blocked my email so I couldn’t get in touch! Avoid this company like the plague.. taken this further to trading standards

Why didn’t I read the reviews before buying! I couldn’t even get the item past my knees, let alone fully up! I e been emailing all week for a returns label for a refund but not received anything back! Looks like I, going to have to put it down to my stupidity and not checking out the company first - that’s £30 down the drain - to anyone looking at Luxx don’t waste your time or money - the product is ridiculously tiny even though I ordered large 16/18 !! 🤬

Just a scam. Will sell you something that’s not fit for purpose and then refuse to acknowledge a request to return it.

Impossible to return item, i have raised it with citizens advice who have given me guidance and a template letter to post to them, failing that they’ll raise it with trading standards however they are aware. Please report to trading standards and the bank.

Complete scam. Please do not buy from this site. They only allowed me to return one item (which I paid for) and then blocked my emails and won't pick up calls and have not refunded me one of the 2 items. They also made me pay for next day delivery and then posted 5 days later.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this site neighter to my worst enemy! Scam company! Wished the same like everybody who placed the order on this site to read the review before placing an order! Shame on the seller scaming so many people!

Scam company. Impossible to return badly fitting item and now I'm getting "message undelivered" responses from the email address they provide.

I’d have given 0 stars if that was an option. Wish I’d have read the reviews - customer service is non existent. Impossible to return an item as it has to be approved by customer service first, who ignore all correspondence. Item wasn’t great either - supposed to be a body shaper but it didn’t hold anything in at all, just stretched to my body shaper. I’m angry at my wasted money.

Item was ok when arrived but it didn’t fit me and was too late to exchange for a smaller size. I attempted to get a refund and was met with zero response. After several more attempts I started a dispute with my bank so hopefully I’ll get my money back that way.

Ordered for premium delivery for a event 2 weeks later still not recieved item and heard nothing back do not order from these wish i looked at reviews first

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, what a waste of money. No reply whatsoever from customer service to return products that are not that great. Strongly advise against buying from here.
