They stole my money. This is a dubious company and Meta should be aware. I never got the item I paid for.

Awful!! No return possible. There is an email to initiate return and after a reply saying they’d get back- nothing!! No response to emails now!!!

Awful company. Complete scam. This is my genuine experience. Hope it stops people ordering from them. Ordered shapewear for a wedding in September. Paid for next day delivery.
The company never sent the items out as ordered. I contacted my card company to say that I hadn’t received them. And they turned up one week later (after ignoring my emails and online chat)
I returned the items. Unopened and unused as they weren’t delivered on time. Sent them back recorded. The same parcels were rejected by luxxshapers and returned back to me. I contacted them again, miraculously they emailed back to say they weren’t operating from that address. So I had to re send them to another address. They have not issued my refund. I’m over £300 down in shapewear, and also £12 down in postage. My credit card company won’t do a charge back because they said I’d received the items. I’m beyond gutted. Wish I’d have just ordered skims and spent the money on a reputable company.

Do not order from this company, I've been waited 6 weeks now for my refund, can't get a response from the company!

Complete Scam Company.
I returned my items back to them over 6 weeks ago and can see they have been received back. Have chased them daily by email for my refund (£150!!) and keep getting one sentence answers. Was told 3 weeks ago refund would be 3-5 working days!
Have now initiated a claim through my bank as can't see my refund coming back to me anytime soon!
Complete scam artists and should be shut down!

Never received my order. Customer services reply is one sentence.."I will look into this and get back you"..which they haven't anyway..contact number goes straight to answer phone.Scam..don't send any money to this company.

I’m never one to write reviews but for this, I had to. If I could give no stars I would! PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM! I placed an order which ended up being the wrong size so wanted to know if I could process an exchange, didn’t even want a refund but just an exchange. I sent a email on the 21st October, then a follow up on the 31st October as I hadn’t heard back

They finally got back to me today and the response was “I’ll look into this and get back to you” NOTHING ELSE WAS WRITTEN. Their customer service is appalling! The product sizing is very off as I used the charts to help me find my size and now no way of getting my money back (the product I got was £85).

This company is awful, with appalling customer service. Do not order from them! I'm unable to return the item I have ordered, they have stopped replying to my emails.

This company is absolutely shocking and I really wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering from them. Paid for express shipping 1-3 days over a week ago for my item and its still not been dispatched. After 3 emails I finally got one back saying "we will look into this and get back to you". So far no one has. Please do not waste your time and money. They need reporting to trading standards

Shocking communication. Paid for express delivery (1-3 days) did not receive my item for over a week. Sent countless emails to the company and got no reply.
As the item didn't arrive in time for my event I want to return it and again sent numerous emails to which no reply until I eventually received a reply saying 'what's wrong with your order'
The item itself isn't great quality wither. I will not buy from this company again, their attitude is that of a spoilt brat.

I only read the reviews when I didn’t see my order. Ordered it on the 7th of June for my birthday party which took place on the 15th of June, up till now no response. Sent emails twice no response. Had to report them to my bank. So happy my bank just refunded me the whole £100 I paid. Please don’t waste your time and money on this company. After ordering from them I saw another seller who sells exact thing I ordered but far cheaper so I ordered it too on the same day. I have recieved it and enjoying it. Will buy more from that seller.

I’m quite gutted about this to be honest, I still wanted to give this company a go after reading the reviews because the item I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the item I received didn’t fit me well at all. Trying to create a return with this company has become quite a challenge. I’ve sent email after email even tried to call customer service and no response whatsoever. To the point I emailed and told them they their customer service was appalling. I then got an email back after about 2 weeks of trying to tell they can swap my item for a different size. Which now it was gone past the point of me needing the shape wear, I am still fighting to get a refund. Please just do your research on this company before purchasing because by the looks of it many people have struggled to get a response for a refund.

A complete scam. They take your money and yet when you contact them they do not reply. I'm not the only person for this to happen to. Check all other reviews. I have now gone through Pay Pal to resolve the issue which hopefully won't take long. I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't order from them.

Ordered my item before reading reviews, was slightly worried after reading the negative ones. I choose the 1-3 day shipping option and was worried as hadn’t received a shipping notification on the third day. Was surprised to find my item waiting on my doorstep on the third day. Item is great, quality is great. Would definitely use this company again.

They are scammers! They don’t send your item, no one answering the emails, and their phone number is not available! Avoid!

SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I got sent the completely wrong order, different size and colour. I asked for a refund as it took so long to arrive I had already purchased what I needed from somewhere else. For months I went back and forward trying to get them to send me a return label to return and get a refund. The chat has now closed and I keep trying but I’m now not getting any response. The contact number doesn’t connect. I wish I’d read these reviews first as they’ve just taken my money.

Worked well for me, I was a little worried reading the reviews but it arrived about 4 days after ordering. And the the tummy control shorts are exactly what I needed to give my waist that extra cinched look. For reference I'm a size 8 and ordered the extra small.

Only thing I'd say I have an issue with is you don't get notified when your package is shipped

Can’t return, no responses to emails. £35 down the drain. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
