I want to apologize to Lyrical for allowing my emotions to get the best of me. I want to admit a huge mistake by giving them a 1 star rating. I did not give them enough time to take care of my issue and it’s truly unfair to them. I do suggest much quicker response from customer service but do admit I only gave you guys less than an hour to reply and that’s not fair! I will continue to do business with you and once again apologize for my behavior.

I ordered a hair piece from lyrical back in March 3RD of this year.
It has been 11 weeks and still have not received my order! I have contacted Abby Gao and Vicky both and they have not responded. I've ever left messages on their phone and no answer. I've contacted the BBB .
They refuse to answer and give me a reason why I haven't received my order.
I have been ripped off as they have not returned my money.

the delivery time was on point,i like the new box it came in verses instead of cheap zip lock bag, i like that the fact the company is starting to use hair system instead of toupee,now that being all said i just sent some pictures of my last system,i've only had for 2 weeks was getting service done with my beautician not just some hair started to fall out but large clumps of hair fell out i end up having to throw away the system,however i did purchase 2 more new system i'm hoping it doesn't do the same

Arrived in like 3 days! Hairline is amazingly natural! Base is very soft and undetectable! Price is less than what I have been paying! I really like this first one and will definitely reorder!
