Terrible experience on October 10 at London Wall location. Went in for Botox injections for glabellar lines - this went well. But then the doctor began my filler treatment for the temple areas - the filler needle apparatus/plunger broke while she was trying to push the plunger down (the needle was inserted into my skin so this was a very jarring/painful sensation). The doctor apologized profusely, removed the needle and suggested we wait a few minutes and start over with a new needle. Unfortunately, the second needle apparatus/plunger broke as well (again while the needle was inserted into my temple). Now the doctor seemed extremely embarrassed, explained that they didn't have any other working needles, suggested I reschedule in another 2 weeks and hurried me out of her office as quickly as possible. Needless to say my right-hand temple area was very bruised and tender for the next week. I have written to the official complaints email address four times since Oct 10, hoping for management to address the situation, but I've yet to hear a response. When I phoned the clinic today to speak to a manager I was told by reception that there is NEVER an actual manager on duty at this location - the manager is located somewhere in Germany, and they are not allowed to give any contact information out to the public. He then suggested I send an email to official complaints email address.

This experience was not only physically painful but also deeply frustrating due to the lack of accountability and follow-up from the clinic. Their dismissive attitude and inadequate resolution process have left me with no confidence in their professionalism or competence. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic and seek treatment from providers who prioritize patient care and safety.
