Still waiting over 3 years on. Telephone calls on days and times which never happened, numerous emails and txt sent for updates. 😔. A very stressful 3 years !!. Very disappointed to say the least ecc was the company involved

We started the process before covid which slowed the case down,it took a long time but M1 legal came through and we got paid out this week ,a great result Tamara pushed to get the payment through for us and was in constant contact.thanks to M1 legal and ECC ,The legal system in Spain is slow but stick with it and get there in the end.

When i employed them with a view to getting compensation for being missold they were very positive but it was a very slow progress. It has been years and years now and nothing has moved for at least 2 years so can't see it ever coming to a conclusion. ☹️

Disappointed - after 5-6 years we are no further forward - don't seem to be getting anywhere - little / poor communication with lawyer who has changed a few times over the years - i know Spanish courts are slow but this is ridiculous !!!!

I was contacted by M1 Legal regarding a potential claim against CLC/timeshare issues, and unfortunately, my experience raised numerous red flags, making me seriously question their legitimacy.
Here are the critical points I encountered:
High Upfront Payment: They demanded a significant sum upfront to initiate the process, which is highly unusual for legitimate legal services that often operate on a "no win, no fee" basis or with success-based commissions.
Absolute Guarantees of Success: I was promised the success of the case with a certainty that no legal process can honestly offer, as every outcome is inherently uncertain.
Pressure and Urgency: I felt intense pressure to sign contracts and proceed quickly with payments, with continuous urging implying "limited-time opportunities."
Lack of Transparency: Information regarding total costs, the specific legal strategy, and the professionals who would handle my case was often vague and insufficient.
Unsolicited Contact: The fact that they initiated contact with me, without me having sought them out, and with apparent knowledge of my situation with CLC, fueled my suspicions.
Based on these elements, I strongly advise against entrusting your case to M1 Legal. It appears to be an operation focused on securing upfront payments rather than providing genuine legal assistance. Proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before committing.

Please don't use your hard earned cash to pay this company it was told that it would take 12 months for my case yet here we are years later still nothing they don't even update you they will put that they have never heard of me ask me questions then get the review removed but I will just keep putting them up as I don't want other people paying for nothing .

After much communication difficulties over the last two years with ECC and to a lesser extent M1 Legal I landed on my feet when I was contacted by Sara Moyà from M1 Legal this week. She has been outstanding in not only replying to my numerous mails but providing quickly and efficiently detailed and current information. I cannot over-stress how professional Sara has been. I write this in the hope that her employers see this and recognise what a gem she is, I give her 5 stars without hesitation. We have been waiting for a result since 2020 for our CLC case. Communication has been poor, we are forever emailing for updates which has been provided, but no change for a few years now. Hold up with the “Spanish courts”. Our initial meeting where we parted with more money seemed to be the right decision at the time. Disappointing service.

This is not my first negative review of this company.This review has been edited as M1legal aked for names of who i had spoken with, then asked for the review to be removed after informing me thhey would look into it. As it is now coming up to 3 years since paying them over £8000 with little response except to blame the Spanish legal system for delays and a yearly promise that you will have a payment by March every year from their solicitor. Yet all these positive reviews stating great and speedy service makes me cynical of their promises they promised us.

Having spoken with Sara on several occasions previously, she never fails to exude professionalism.
Her knowledge of the Spanish legal system is amazing.

We are similarly left abandoned with little or no progress on our case. Quick to take the money; slow or unwilling to provide even a staisfactory service. The assurances made by ECC back in 2023 have been shown to be misleading and hopelessly oprimistic.

I don't share most of these comments as we have been waiting for over 3 years for compensation as promised by ecc .we have hardly had anyone to keep us up to date and when they do all they say is they are waiting on the spainish courts to make a decision. Not that happy with this service. Thanks
