Martyn and his team were excellent with all aspects of boiler installation, from first contact to completion. From start to finish, everything was excellent: the workmanship, customer service, attention to detail and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Martin did a service on my Worcester Bosch combi boiler. He did an excellent job and explained everything well. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a heating engineer in the Worcestershire area. He has also done a lot of work at my mother's house to a very high standard. His attention to detail is excellent.

Martyn Jones fitted a larger radiator in my study recently, replacing an inadequate 30 year old one, and at last it's WARM. He came when arranged, did the job quickly and efficiently with no mess, great care and at a reasonable cost.
This followed him installing a new Bosch boiler here replacing a 32 year old one, some months ago. This was a complicated job as it involved the boiler being in a new position on an outside wall, to comply with current regulations, and also connecting to a central heating system which was originally installed in 1967. There were many problems to be solved, including the need to comply with Listed Building Consent for the new outside flue. Martyn dealt with all this calmly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. We're really delighted with the result.

Martin has worked on our house a few times now. I can honestly say that the service he provides is excellent, so thoughtful and respectful of our home.

Martin has visited our property twice now, first to service the gas boiler which was done with great attention to detail as well as calm and patient explanations of the process.
Martin was our first choice therefore to fit our Hive central heating control. Again, the work was carried out with speed and accuracy. Martin spent a lot of time patiently explaining the features of the Hive system (which in itself is fabulous) and tidying away pre-existing cables which made the boiler look untidy - Martin went over and above our expectations.
I look forward to a long relationship with Martin looking after all of our heating and boiler needs.

Broken radiator pipe resolved with the maximum of efficiency, attention to detail and thoroughness.

We were particularly happy with how quickly some follow up problems were dealt with - broken boiler pump replaced in just a few days.

We took the opportunity to discuss some changes and upgrades to our heating system to improve its efficiency for the winter with energy costs rising and Martyn’s depth of knowledge was very useful and we’ll be making those changes and upgrades with him going forward.
