I didn’t want to even put one star…. Total scam, wished I had read these reviews before buying!! Same as others, poor quality, coat not at all what it looked like total rubbish and for any refund need to return to China! More expensive shipping than cost of coat so in the bin it goes!

Super cheap fabric, tried to return... there website says they do returns within 30 days. However if you do want to return you have to send it back to China!! Which is quite expense.

save yourself the time and effort and buy somewhere else.

TOTAL SCAM, Do not buy from this company. They claim to be in London but they are in China. The coat I ordered is nothing like the picture, it has no labels on it and was tiny. It was going to be too expensive to return to China so had to keep it and bin it, not great for the environment considering they claim to be so concerned about being eco friendly.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I wish I read these reviews before using this website. The item arrived and I couldn’t believe it - it’s the cheapest material and looks completely different to the website. It doesn’t even have labels on it. And you can’t send it back because it costs so much money. Disgusting company.

Total scam!! Don’t order there clothes are cheap and look terrible when they arrive there is no way the item I received was originally 60£. I’m unable to return as it costs to much to send to China! So I have learnt my lesson.

Wish I’d found these reviews before I ordered 😞 I assumed it was a scam when tracking info wasn’t available, I then perked up when I received notification it had been received by Royal Mail. The quality is appalling, nothing like the picture or description on the website. Returns are to Asia at the buyers cost, or a 15% refund if you keep the item, suggesting it could be gifted to friends or family. I won’t even gift this to a charity shop! Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all costs as this company are scammers. The item that arrived was very poor quality and nothing like the cardigan advertised. They say you can return at your cost track and trace to China which is prohibitively expensive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scam !!!!! Mabel-London.uk is not from the uk ! The ‘coat’ I’ve paid £35 is nothing like advertised it’s out of the cheapest felt that I wouldn’t even put on my dog !!
And their not free returns is in Asia ..,

The worst. It’s a scam. Extremely poor quality slow delivery and terrible customer service. They get bad reviews and change the name all the time. Previously Mae London now Macy Mabel-London be aware!
