How does a pan that looks like it went through a meat grinder get sent out for sale? I would've attached a picture if I could

Poor communication and shipping information
The website doesn't give any shipping estimates. You have to choose expedited vs regular but it gives no ranges, so how would I know? As soon as I ordered, I contacted customer service to let me know the shipping time. I didn't hear anything back for 2 days, and even then, I didn't get an answer. Finally, I told him I'd have to cancel my order if I couldn't be told if it would arrive by a certainn date. By the time, many days later, he told me when it would arrive, which was a day too late, it had already shipped. Soooo frustrating. I could've gotten it AFTER the needed date for $10 cheaper through another site. Wish I hadn't ordered it now.

I received the item very well packed. On time. I am very satisfy with my purchase.

15” paella pan
I received my paella pan 15” a few days ago and was very happy to get it. Machika kept me up to date on the shipment and it was received in a very timely manner. However, yesterday I followed the cleaning instructions before the first use and noticed several scrape marks on the edge by the handles. I know this will not effect the performance of the pan but was surprised to see them. That’s why I gave four stars instead of five.

Wonderful paella pan
Wonderful paella pan! It was surprisingly easy to clean too. We have used it three times already!

Material are bad
Material are bad . I asked for my refund which I never got it. I try to return the items and they said don't return it. .

We extremely apologize for your poor experience. Our Carbon Steel pans are made of a thin conductive metal that requires a special treatment after each use to prevent from rusting.
