Worse Device ever, I am throwing mine in the trash, after spending $500 on this horrible device. Unfortunately, it does seem to have potential...but 5 years later the product is still crap. We bought the Cinder in Dec 2021...
Customer Service is useless, they recommended using baking paper (which turns into a liquid mess, if you have tried it) or buying new plates for USD 149. I recommend anyone looking for an indoor grill that will actually make their life simpler to explore the Ninja Foodi Grill instead. Cinder has potential, but the current product is horrible, the app is glitchy and full of bugs, and the customer service is not even aware that the app is down. It is really one of the worst product experiences, and we buy a lot of BETA products...and we are still in shock. And finally - this price point of $500 with all these issues. Also, check out the reviews when it comes to the Cinder grill, it is accurate - this is not a final product to sell to consumers, and after buying it they are not offering the support and customer service required. FYI - I have not heard back from customer service since I told them that I am not willing to continue investing in a defective product.
