I was sent the wrong unit so I had to…
I was sent the wrong unit so I had to pay extra to send it back to the warehouse. I had to pay engineers extra because they came but the product was the incorrect. The whole excercise cost me alot.

Upon reviewing your order, it appears there was a mix-up in the models you selected. You initially ordered two different inverter models, specifically a 3.5kVA and a 5.5kVA inverter. However, the correct models were delivered based on your order. The 3.5kVA inverter was sent as per your order.
We did inform you that you had the option to return the incorrect inverter and exchange it for the 5.5kVA inverter you wanted. However, please note that the shipping costs for this exchange would be your responsibility, as the error was on your side.
We understand that this may have caused additional expenses and inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion. We strive to provide our customers with the best service.

Battery broke after 3 months
There I updated the title. Battery broke after 3 months. The battery was delivered on the 1st of August and has been disfunctional for the last 15 day. All other batteries bought elsewhere running on same MAKE of inverter are going strong. The batteries bought elsewhere have also been drained below 50% and recharged and are perfectly healthy. Those good batteries are in fact connected to other 2 seperate inverters in the house, we have inverters 3 of the same make. 1 connected to a lead acid battery, and another connected to a 100amp gel battery that was bought elsewhere about 8 months ago, perfectly helathy. Only your 200amp battery has "broke". Nowhere in the box or on the battery does it say do not drain below 50%. The Mecer inverter dictates when the inverter switches off, I don't sit and watch the inverter while I work.

Thank you for your review; we were surprised to see it posted due to a variety of factors. First, you purchased the battery in July, not two months ago as stated. Second, based on the information you've provided, you've damaged the battery by running it below 50%, draining it to 25%, and now claiming that the battery "broke" after 2 months. You've also added additional issue to your rating by mentioning that you've used multiple batteries in addition to the one you purchased on the same inverter. Mixing batteries from different manufacturers, sizes, and ages will cause substantial damage to your batteries.
I would use them again
Really quick and easy to order, great delivery times and no issues at all.
