This company is not what they say they are , pretending to be a boutique owned by a pregnant lady who is not continuing with the shop because of this . The garment is cheap and shoddy and sent from China

I ordered dresses from this company and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My items arrived three weeks late, and despite contacting them multiple times, I received no replies to any of my emails. They refused to let me return the goods and instead kept sending discount codes, which felt like a tactic to avoid dealing with the issue. The dresses themselves were very poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. I have requested a refund, but they are refusing to process it. Based on my experience, I believe this company is not operating honestly and I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them. The number on the website to contact is no longer in service. Avoid this company at all cost

The fabric was of poor quality making the dresses ordered not hanging right. Asked for refund as the website very easy to return and get refund. Getting a refund is impossible. The address for a return was given as: 5419 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 160, Los Angeles, California 90027.
When I looked up this address through Google and United States postal service it belongs to another company, 'GIVEBACKBOX'. I tried calling the number associated with the address, found via Google - person who answered phone said address was correct for their company and no they did not sign for items delivered for other companies. AS other reviews have said "MADE BY JESSICA" is a scam

Order arrived quickly and parcelled well. Dress fitted perfectly and was as shown on the website.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their products are inferior at best and barely resemble the advertised picture. They will make you jump through hoops if you ask to return it. Save yourself the bother and just don't touch them.

Very good attentive service keeping me informed when my dress was going to arrive. Dress very good fit and comfortle.

Terrible company who falsely advertise products on the website then do everything possible to avoid giving refunds. As other people have said, they initially offer 10% refund which increases to 30% over a series of emails, then want you to pay the postage to return to the U.S, despite the website claiming free returns.
The 2 dresses I ordered were made from cheap polyester and the colours very different to what's on their website. I managed to get my money back for 1 of the dresses after telling them I was going to reclaim the money from my bank, but they're now ignoring my emails for the 2nd return request. Currently submitting a reclaim via my bank and suggest others do the same as there's no doubt they're a scam company.

Good shopping site, good photos, arrived promptly

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website, the photographs and descriptions of the garments are clearly not a true reflection of the items that you receive. It is abundantly clear that the fabric is made from a copied print and is a blurred image, the fabric is a horrible nylon material and has obviously been mass produced with a size label stitched in. When you purchase an item you receive numerous emails confirming your order being processed, then it stops and after two weeks you receive your poorly packaged piece of rubbish. You asked for a review and unfortunately this is what I have experienced. You need to remove your pictures showing a London boutique and show everyone exactly where your stock comes from.

Very slow delivery but I was kept informed and up to date with when to expect my order.

As others have said, this is a scam. Wish I'd read this website first. Dress (£39) took ages to arrive, was really poor quality, did not fit at all, wanted to return it, was told (after multiple emails) that I would need to send it (via tracked mail) back to California (£29). Guess you live and learn.

This company provide false information on their products. I bought and paid for a dress advertised as linen. The price tag is £39.99 supposedly on sale. The dress sent is definitely not linen. It is 95% polyester and 5% elastane. I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it. They are scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like others I thought this was a UK based company but it's based in HK. The dress looked cotton on the website but is in fact polyester and badly made. The print is faded and horrible compared to the website. Emailed to say I wanted to return it. They demanded photos before they would agree to the return. (Like I need their permission!) This is a SCAM website. I wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering. I think the positive reviews they've written themselves. STAY AWAY!!

Just bought 1 sundress and 2 summer dresses and am delighted with all 3. Fit is true to size, fabrics are nice to the touch and colours as anticipated. Many thanks.

100% polyester - terrible quality - not fit for purpose. I have requested instructions on how to return six times now, initially they sent an extremely long (AI generated?) email asking for details as to why I wanted to return dress, then they asked for pictures - all of which I have sent, and now no response at all. I know they will respond to this on Trustpilot with the same standard response to all other reviews, which will be (however please note I have sent their 'official channels' six emails already!) The garments themselves are lovely and they look great on The fabric is ideal for this hot weather.

Well the scam goes on and on and on. We're up to where they offer you 50% discount due to the delay and problems with your order - except the 50% discount is a discount off further purchases. No doubt if you take that up and order something else - you LOSE your hard earned money yet again because that does not turn up.

"Made by Jessica" is not what it purports to be ie a "Boutique" where clothes are made by "Jessica" who is "pregnant and so closing down her boutique". It is a large scam company located in Hong Kong.

To get my money back they eventually sent me a "Returns Note". How can I do a return when you have still not despatched the dress? I asked them. To which the reply was that they have forwarded my "concerns" to their "Disputes Department".

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Had I read back the reviews far enough, other people have experienced the same. No doubt what they do - is when a review is made telling the truth about them - they then make numerous FAKE reviews pretending to be from happy customers so that people do not read down far enough to see the true reviews from people like me who were silly enough to get taken in by their scamming lies and place an order.

An absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a dress and it did not suit me. Trying to get it sent back or even getting a reply to my seven emails that I have sent and still waiting on an email or a message to be sent back to me. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
