Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Waited weeks for my dress to arrive, came too late for me to use it for the wedding that I wanted it for. When it arrived, it was way too small so it didn’t match the sizing chart. It was very poor quality material and didn’t look like the picture shown. When I requested a refund, I kept getting a runaround then they finally offered me a 15% and I can keep the dress or I can send it back and ship it to the UK with all this other conditions. And somewhere along the line they changed their name from made by Riley to Bella blue! Will never order from this company again and recommend buyer beware!

Still waiting

I've waited 3 weeks for an order and when I track it. The same place near home but not delivered has my package. Don't know about any quality. Just clearly not recurrent my package for no apparent reason. The phone number listed is also bogus. It states to dial star 611 which leads one to his/ her carrier not the actual company.

My experience was great because…I love quality products!

My experience was great because ordering was easy and the item arrived fairly quick. The company is providing wonderful customer service, pricing well, and so far, providing quality product. I love my shoes so much, I’m ordering in a diff color and purchasing some clothing, as well. I anticipate they will all arrive quickly and that I’ll be as pleased with quality.
