Spotless units and great staff
Staff were incredibly helpful when I inquired about renting a storage unit for a short term duration. Made the process very quick and easy.
Unit itself was spotless and felt very secure with all the different measures in place. I never needed the 24hour access but it was good to know it was available if needed. When I gave notice to quit, again all handled really professionally and refund processed really quickly.

Staff were really friendly and helpful
Staff were really friendly and helpful. They have a loo for customers to use which was useful. There are also car parking spots outside so we never had a problem parking. Also useful that Waitrose is just across the road.

Really friendly and helpful team. Jasmine was lovely and really easy to deal with. She went through all the options and nothing was to much trouble for her.
The biggest negative issue we found was trying to hire the onsite van. The app that you need to download isn't that easy to navigate and certainly could do with being more user friendly.

Storage made easy! Been storing here for about 6 months now and this place is fantastic for storage! Helen, Kerry, Jasmine and Tony are always so attentive and chatty! Nothing is ever too much trouble! And it’s so secure and price is such great value for money!
