Excellent from day 1!
Above all else the staff of this organisation have been excellent and most helpful. We have stored many of the contents of our past home for the last six months. The storage spaces are great, with easy access and a handy lift. We must thank Ronan and the receptionists for helping in a most thoughtful and friendly way.

Terrible customer service!!
I called Magenta to book a storage unit, specifically requesting a ground level unit. The request was emphasized during our conversation, and I was assured by the representative that my needs would be taken care of. However upon receiving the access information for the unit, I discovered that my request for a ground level unit had been completely overlooked. Instead, I was assigned a unit on an upper floor. This oversight incurred me an additional lift fee of £150 to my moving company! To my disappointment, Magenta refused to reimburse me for this despite it is a result of their mistake. I tried to follow up via the various customer service/support email addresses listed on their company but so far, zero response, totally unresponsive. Terrible service. Once they get your money they disappear

Super friendly storage facilities
If you're thinking about storing here...DO!
I've pretty much used all the main storage places in Reading and I can safely say this is one of the best, if not THE best.
Nathan and his team made the whole experience so easy, and they're friendly demeanour means I actually go to say hello and have a chat when I'm there.
Facilities are nice and clean, units too. Easy access, plenty of parking, and all the security bells and whistles you could want.
Wouldn't go anywhere else from now on!

Friendly and very professional
Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. Gave me a decent discount on an already good price for the unit I rented out also had access all hours. Every time I have contacted them I get a reply within an hour or so.
Lovely clean place, well insulated and the loo's there are always well maintained.

Returning customer, extremely useful storage facility, well placed in the city for easy access both to the storage unit and nearby recycling centre (time for a sort out!) Fabulous customer service, Ronan took time to answer all my questions and give me a tour of the different sizes of unit to help me make a decision, as well as providing information about local services which may assist with an upcoming move. All sorted in less than 24 hours, uncomplicated, very happy, highly recommend.

House contents storage
We used Magenta in Banbury to store our house move for a few months, that turned into just over two years! Kerry, Helen and Jasmine have been wonderful, very helpful and a delight to deal with during the whole time. We had several changes to our requirements that they sorted with ease, making a difficult time a lot easier for us.
I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
