Horrible quality! The bras offer no support at all. They look nothing as pictured or advertised. I defnitely do not recommend these.

Scam. Do not order from this Company. They stole my card details and I had fraudulent transactions in the US afterwards. Steer well clear

This company is a total scam .never ever buy from them.first of all ,the bra I ordered is very poor quality ,straps are so thin and very saggy as against what was in the ad.It was sent from china not US .Secondly,they charge me way more than what was said in the order .Then after 4 days ,they debicted another 57$ .When contacted via email,it was said the 57$ is for the VIP subscribtion which I have not even subscribed .Tried contacting many times (only emails given ,no phone numbers) but with nil response.such real scammers .

My experience with Magicswear has been extremely disappointing.

I paid NZD $93.60 for what was advertised as a quality, supportive product, but what I received was nothing like the photos on the website. The material feels cheap, the sizing is completely inaccurate, the cup size is far too small, there is virtually no support in the straps, and the overall quality is poor. The product is unwearable for me.

What made the experience even worse was discovering an additional subscription charge of NZD $70.05 after checkout. I was apparently enrolled through a pre-selected checkbox that I did not notice during the ordering process. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.

In total, I have been charged NZD $163.65 and have received a product that I cannot wear and would never have purchased had it been accurately represented.

The product quality does not justify the price, and the checkout process left me feeling deceived. I would strongly advise potential customers to read every screen carefully before purchasing and to check their bank statements afterwards for any additional charges.

I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution and refund.

Never buy from them. Like many other reviews mentioned, they tried to scam me by claiming they will add another bra for $5, then created a new order for it that was an extra $20. So like $40 all together for a bra that was supposed to be $10. They shipped together, by the way, absolutely no need to pay 2 shippings. I contacted support to just cancel the order, but they agreed to refund the second shipping charge, so whatever. Then the bras came and they are just comically small. I got an XL, they must be an A or B cup at most. I contacted again to get a refund, and they claim they can immediately refund me 50% of the cost or I can go through the hassle (their words) of shipping them back and paying a restocking fee. I asked how much the restocking fee was and they never got back to me. Just a total scam, and the bras are cheap even if they did fit.

Not only did they up the shipping charge an extra $10 after I received a total cost, the bra they sent is literally an A cup. I ordered a 3x. $24 for a bra that was advertised for $9, and didn't even fit. The site is garbage. Do NOT order from there!

Do not buy. They are knock offs. Not correct sizes. My xlarge would not hold any bobos of any size. They do not offer refunds. Had it said that when I purchased I wouldnt purchase. I agreed to 4.99 shipping they billed me 15.99 ended refunding all of the shipping. It's a complete scam. Wish I had done my research. I could have just bought the real thing for the price I paid. Don't go cheap just buy the real stuff. Junk. Junk. Junk. Don't recommend. Do not buy. Scam. Scam. Scam.

DO NOT BUY! I ORDERED THE BRA AND IT WAS CHEAPLY MADE AND NO SUPPORT AT ALL. I WOULD EVEN SAY IT'S NOT A BRA AT ALL, JUST FABRIC SEWED TOGETHER. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS AND I WOULDN'T GET ONE.

Very low quality not as described. I was charged 2 shipping fees received wrong color and even charged a monthly subscription I never signed up for.

Placed an order for three items, and chose $4.95 standard shipping. My order was split into two separate orders, and I have been charged $14.73 shipping for each order. Tried numerous times to contact customer service, each time I tried to reply to an email from the company, I received an "cannot deliver" email, stating that MY email was suspicious and spam. Also forced to verify that I "owned" the email address several times, which I believe the company used to block my attempts to communicate. Not happy. My $29 and change order has so far cost me nearly $50. Customer service non existent, and I have no idea if my order went thru or not. I want a refund on the outrageous shipping cost I didn't authorize. Should probably have a refund for the whole order.

The bras are horrible. The cup size ridiculousl. Don't waste your time with this scam of a company l.

It’s the biggest SCAM ever. They just sew two fabric together. Absolutely NO support. It doesn’t do anything. Like $10 for this is too much. I expected something totally different. I’m really disapointed.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This company is a straight up SCAM! lie about shipping cost then charge your for shipping TWICE because you ordered 2 bras!! The customer service sucks ass and the product finally came and its thr smallest XL I have ever seen and the 2nd one is the wrong size!!! And they have a all sales final policy.. what a shitty ass company DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!

First off they charge you double what your invoice states. All you get is an AI response. Then a week later my card was hacked and someone was trying to order from another site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I cancelled My purchase because they charged Lot more for shipping, they said it was ok the cancellation and then they got my money and no answer, no products. They stole My money don't Buy from them.

They charge something they call an "upsell" and you end up having to pay a lot more that what you see in your order. Do not buy from them.

Terrible product - avoid avoid avoid, i wish there was an option of minus 50 stars that's definitely what i would have given. I authorized payment for $9.90 & was charged $34.90 once I got the confirmation email of my order. Buyer beware DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Poor quality rubbish sent from China which is not stated anywhere or I wouldn't have bothered. Avoid like the plague

UPDATE:
Still havent received my refund and today I had to shut down my debit card and order a new one because fraudulent charges were being made with my card! I cant prove it was this company but its AWFULLY suspicious that it happened right after this.. Just sayin..

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Ordered one bra, $9.95.. not bad. It said shipping was $4.95. After I completed my order, my total was about ten dollars more than it was supposed to be, because apparently after I made the purchase, they changed the cost of shipping by ten dollars! I immediately wrote them an email and decided I was going to cancel my order because I thought that was a very shady practice.. they said it was 'just something that happened sometimes'.. So they had already charged my account even though it only was like five minutes after I placed the order, and they said that they canceled it and I'll be watching to make sure I get my refund and watching my account closely after this.Don't do it.. shady weird company.

Ordered 1 bra, they added a 2nd to my order. They cancelled the 2nd bra, but never refunded my money.
The bra was nothing like what was advertised, it's the exact same as a Temu bra. It went straight in the bin.
Then a week later, a $55 AUD fee was taken out of my bank from a business I don't know, then a week later the same thing from another business I don't know. Both saying it was a monthly fee for A VIP Program from a sister business that i previously purchased from. Magics was the only business I previously ordered from. All emails from the 3 businesses were all formatted the same. Beware.
