Still waiting for withdrawal from October absolute scam company!! As i looked in to the site, looks like they don’t hold a license! We should all get a law suit going! They don’t pay any winnings just completely scamming everyone who plays on the site

Would give them no stars if I could. Nothing positive to report since my previous post, suffice to say that their customer "service" staff are hopeless and rude. To anyone reading this, I implore you not to deposit any money with this bunch of thieves, as you will not see a penny back.
Of course, if anyone from the Magic Win or their parent company has the guts to respond and refute my comments, apologise and more importantly, pay all clients who are owed money, that would be most helpful. Sadly, I don't think they will however.

A total SCAM. I haven't received any money from the withdrawal. Every time trying to chat with them, they ended chat. I've told them that i will go legal with them and they said that I've used an offensive language and ended chat. Anyone had done any legal action against them?

Can I ask has anyone actually received a withdrawal?

Absolute disgrace of a site , TOTAL RIP OFF , SCAM . Do not play on this site . May aswell put your money in the bin , they do not pay out at all.

Contact your bank. File a chargeback. They're using a fake license.

The scammers hate this as even their dodgy payment providers cannot tolerate too many chargebacks and will refuse to process money for them.

What a scam this site is been waiting 4 months for 650.00 pounds and nothink they cancelled it and money went back into my balance and was told to withdrawal again and I have and still pending after 19 days what a load of rubbish absolutely scam

Found this Casino online and made few deposits from which i won 1200. Made a withdrawal and it is now a month when i made it.

On live chat They said it will be 7 working days. Another time they said it will be 7-14 working days, Another time 7-21 working days.

So it is obvious that this is a big scam and they only take deposits as i guess Noone ever had a withdrawal from them.

I hope karma will come back to them…

Zero star, Scam website, you can't get your withdrawal. I deposited 1.5k won 4.5k on the first day. Withdraw 3k been waiting more than 3 months until now still pending, chat person can't help for withdrawal. No where can complaints, sent muti email but no reply at all, case escalated and no result. Do not trust them. Please help to report this and close the website. SCAM!!!!!

Been waiting over 5 months for a £100 withdrawal and they keep giving same excuse below.

I wish I'd have read reviews first, hindsight ey. But I have made a withdrawal today of £700. The site doesn't have a "check withdrawal" section. So I went through my transactions to find it. I got to page 70 and it wasn't there. I spoke to live chat asking why, I also said I'd read some awful reviews online and was quite worried I wouldn't get my withdrawal. The chat person told me "don't believe everything you read online, some people get mad when they lose so leave bad reviews, withdrawal will take 7-21 days".... If anything happens I'll come back to update.

8 days still no money. Its £700 quid I withdrew. Getting same generic replies on live chat, they now cut the chat off when they send the reply. Also noticed they've changed my DOB in my profile, even though they have seen my passport. Don't think I'm going to see this money. Going to try a charge back through my bank. Will update again.

Well, it has been 21 working days and I have not received my £700 winnings. I have just been on live chat, I told them I was going to report them to every gambling agency possible and that taking peoples money and not paying out is disgusting. "Miguel" came to the chat and he disconnected it without even sending me some fake message. I have no raised a dispute with some of my deposit transactions through my bank. Hopefully I'll get something back. Lesson learned though. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! Magicwin1.bet
