Been waiting since 26th of may for a £300 payout we are now 3 months is 60 days in and still on awaiting user request and get the same crap everyday please be patient we have sent urgent reminders if they were urgent then it would of be processed there and then. Absolutely shocking their chat colleagues ending chats when you’re in mid conversation very rude if you ask me!!! I don’t think I will ever get my payout and I’m not hoping I’m giving a review because it’s a scam casino end of!!! Also got told I was priority then got told it’s with higher management and the with the risk team this CASINO TELLS LIES DO NOT PLAY !!!!!!

Shocking customer service. Disconnected chat after asking who the marketing company was which flooded my inbox with links to their inbox. Do not use this company. They do not complay with any data laws, are not regulated by any serious authority.

Been waiting since the 12th June for a £200 withdrawal. The live chat just cuts me off and when I go back on it’s another name for the person in chat. They basically gaslight people by asking how they can help when the previous person just closed chat for no reason. They just want you to give up because let’s face it they aren’t gonna pay up. They always use the same excuse.. at first it was it takes 7-21 days for withdrawals to be processed. Once that time had passed they just keep saying they’ve emailed the department and to just wait until it’s sorted and I will get an email. Then they cut chat. I go back and another person asks how they can help and we just go round in circles with no result. Also check they haven’t changed your DOB in your account. They do this after it’s been verified and you can’t change it back. This way any withdrawals will be an issue. I have emailed to change this but no response as with anything else. Big time scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

This casino offers many games which is nice. I have played on many different sites and the odds of winning on different games seems to very comparable to other major online casino that offer the same games.

Another update I tried logging in today 28th July and they changed my password and now I cannot reset it.

I think they don't like me if you wan't to gamble with this site your better of planting the cash in th garden and waiting for it to grow...

This site is a joke done a withdrawal and was informed that it would take no longer than 21 working days but 31 working days later and nothing not even a response from 7 emails I've sent and the do have a live chat but they do nothing all they say is I will email them and that there's a lot of withdrawals that why it taking longer will not be using this site again and I beg people to not use it this site as it's a scam
