I placed an order on 5th January 2022 and raised several enquiries concerning the order that has not been received. Still no response. Simply the poorest service you could receive.

Has Brexit already happened?
During the times of Covid-19 internet shopping has boomed. This year I have bought magic tricks from different providers in the UK. Unfortunately it seems to me that Brexit has already taken place as orders take a very long time to arrive. Upon request for information of the shipments from MagicWorld the communication has ceased although the company is running a sale. More than 3 weeks have passed and still now sign or information on my order except for the drawdown on my credit card. There is room for improvement and once it is confirmed I may shop with the company again.
Almost one year later (July 2021) I received a direct response from the company requesting me to change my review although there are no misrepresentations. It is my view that the company failed in communication and the choice of Royal Mail leaving me for a bad client experience. The company could have taken the time to comment on the review but failed to do so.
