Prompt efficient service
Ordered some screw cap covers for our caravan - delivery was prompt but unfortunately they were too light in colour. Called Magnum who advised to return them with invoice which I did the same day. My refund was issued immediately. Very efficient service and no quibbles with the refund.

Quick to respond and very helpful
These guys are quick to respond to questions and so helpful, it just makes you want to go back time and time again. There prices are competitive (within a few %).

Just needed a part for the Thetford. A quick online search brought up Magnum as being significantly cheaper that all competitors. I was certain it would be a copy, but it is a genuine Thetford spare. That along with free fast p&p. More than happy and Magnum is now my goto for MH spares. Thank you guys.

I loved to convert vans into campers as a hobby and this place has everything you could need.
On the rare occasion I have had a issue they are very prompt in rectifying the situation with great communication.
