I have an existing problem with a Truma Ultraflow pump and from observations and comments on various forums I was guided to the Whale EP1642 as a resolution. Some online searching done and ended up here at Magnum Motorhomes as they were the cheapest and P+P was included in the price.
On line order, absolutely simple to use website. No issues in processing. Confirmation automatic email received followed by a confirmation the next working day.
Further email advising me order had been processed and my purchase was being sent out for delivery. Arrived 2 days later. Basically, in my opinion, top quality service from this organisation and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
Hopefully the purchase will solve my problem.

I had purchased a FIAMMA awning for my campervan off Magnum. They were £150 cheaper than buying off the actual FIAMMA webpage itself. The arrival of the awning was very quick. However upon fitting there was a dent right on the face of it. I felt this wasn't Magnums fault and more the couriers as there was only 1 driver who even took this 4m awning off the van himself. After contacting Magnum regarding this they were quick enough to resend another awning to my preference of date and returning the old one back after fitting the new one. Within a matter of days this was resolved and I couldn't be more greatful for the seamless fix.
