From initial contact enquiring Cheryl was really quick in replying, provided me all the information needed by phone, so I was able to ask questions in the moment rather than waiting for emails was brilliant.
Mark was brilliant throughout the inspection and was really thorough, the points raised were explained to us clearly so that we could be clear with the developer what needed to be remediated.
Mark found things we would not have known and with the report containing the relevant guidelines and regulation numbers we were able to go to the developer with confidence.
The report was received promptly and the addition of pictures being provided of each issue really helped us keep track of what needed to be done.

I'm a first time buyer and had no idea whether to pay for snagging or do it myself. The sales team told me they do all sorts of checks, so there was not any need, but I'm SO glad I did and SO SO glad I found MAH Inspections Ltd. From the start, Cheryl was so friendly and so patient, answering all of my questions on the phone, and expertly explaining how it all works. The director, Mark, does all of the snagging himself, so you don't have that lottery of who is going to turn up. Mark is an absolute gentleman, so easy to talk to and brilliant at what he does. You can instantly tell he knows his stuff, he's passionate about doing a good job (rather than just trying to snag as many snags as possible) - and he even tidied up the refreshments I left out for him, which tells you the type of guy he is! Even after the visit, Mark and Cheryl have been brilliant in answering follow-up questions I've had after the site manager disagreed with one of the snags. The photo report is superb, both for me and the tradesmen, you get it through the same day, and it even highlights the priority issues so the site manager can fix those immediately. I simply cannot recommend Cheryl and Mark enough, worth every penny - thank you!

I strongly recommend Mark for any new house inspection job. He is punctual, professional, friendly. He explained what he was going to do with us before starting the inspection. Mark found a number of issues with our new home, some of which were very important suc as a leak in the cloakroom, issue with the stair.
