In fact Mark was able to bring his survey date forward at short notice which was great for us. He turned up on time (this was so important to us given both my husband and I work from home) and other than him talking us through the process before he started, he completed the inspection with little or no disruption to us. Once he’d finished he told us how and when we’d get the report, and true to his word the next morning following payment it was in my inbox. The report was easy to understand and comprehensive, he’d picked up on snags I had on my list to submit to the developers so that was reassuring. My husband and I are so glad we chose MAH Inspections. Their work is well worth the money.

MAH was hired to inspect my new build house. A service quotation was given an hour after I submitted an online inquiry followed by a phone call to describe what the service entails. Mark arrived at the site early and gave a quick run down on what he'd be doing that day. His work was thorough and detailed. I have just bought a new build house and as an independent woman with not much clue on how things should be, I needed a professional snagger to come in and check things over. I also needed help to get to the bottom of an issue I was fighting with the developers.

From booking in to having the inspection done, the process was absolutely seamless. Cheryl, the Business Administrator was very responsive, informative and replied to emails no matter the day of the week or time of day.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his stuff when it comes to building standards and regulations. He has extensive experience working in the construction industry which really shows when he’s explaining things to you in great detail. Before the inspection Mark did his research on who the developers are, who the warranty providers are, what their standards are and what the layout of the property is.

Mark was very thorough in the inspection and provided his full official report without a matter of hours. I was told that if I had any kick backs from the developers about any of the items on the list to let them know which I did. Cheryl immediately responded to the developers for me to query their response and reminded them they were all in line with the warranty providers standards.
