Wonderful service - the post office mislaid my parcel, which they then sent all the way back to Maia gifts. Maia sent it back to me promptly, and I'm delighted with my items. Highly recommended

Item was great and well priced
Item was great and well priced. However the tracking didn’t update and so the item was delivered to a neighbour even though it still said it was processing. Luckily the neighbour was honest and dropped it off to me. The item was also a gift so it would have been nice to be packaged better so you can’t feel what was inside…

Excellent Service
There was a slight delay on some of the items I had ordered. I was told immediately and given the option to wait a few more days or choose alternatives. Customer service was excellent. I informed them of the dates I needed the items and they arrived in good time. Very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.

Very easy to purchase on the website as usual. Delivery was a little delayed due to Mail strike. One thing which could be improved is the replacement of the plastic packaging to protect contents from breaking. For a few items I ordered which were not fragile, I got a box full of the plastic wotzit type. These are not recyclable and not necessary.

Hi Melissa, thank you for taking the time to leave us your valuable feedback. We just wanted to let you know that the packing materials used in your parcel were reused from a delivery we received. Over the past two years we have been reducing our use of new packaging considerably. We reuse as much as we can and any new loose-fill we use is biodegradable (made from corn starch). :)
