Following a minor error by one member of staff I employed through this "so called" care provider, I found myself, a single, elderly and disabled man, with a rodent infestation.

MAID TO CLEAN instantly washed their hands of the matter, despite advertising themselves as being insured for claims up to a million pounds for such eventualities.

I am greatful to the Altruistic Creator to be able to say that I found the resources to rid myself of these rodents but I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO THINK VERY VERY CAREFULLY INDEED BEFORE USING THIS SO CALLED PROVIDER OF CARE.

The cleaner stole from my elderly mother's bedroom on her visit. My mother was too ill, at over 90yrs, to mention the incident which she witnessed.

The cleaner terminated employment from M2C after a few weeks and advised that it was cheaper to hire her privately. Unfortunately, I was not in possession of the contract and so i was unaware that is was in breach of the contract which clearly was no longer valid as she had left M2C.
The cleaner continued to clean privately. A few weeks later when she went on holiday, my mother found several thousands pounds worth of valuables of great sentimental value had been stolen from her bedroom.
The cleaner no doubt used the money to pay for her month-long holiday, leaving my family devastated. The items were irreplaceable.

The cleaner was reported to the Police and trading standards. When the incidents were reported to M2C, they threatened legal action against my mother unless their losses were paid back to them within 2 days of receipt of the letter advising my mother that she had to pay them for their work lost, which ran into several hundred pounds.

M2C has shown an appalling standard of customer service. My mother had no idea that the cleaner should not have been hired after she left M2C, which she clearly did in order to commit crime.

I really hope no-one else has to go through what my family went through especially as my mother is elderly and vulnerable.

Having a DBS is NO guarantee that a cleaner will not commit a crime. It is sad that people abuse the vulnerable in this way.

Extremely happy with the service provided after they were recommended by a friend. The clean was immaculate and the ladies who came was lovely. Would definitely use again.

I booked this company to clean house that had been decorated. Asked them to clean inside windows , inside wardrobes and drawers , settee and chair (leather) to be dusted down .
Floors washed. Usual cleaning .
Disgusted as smears on windows, floor hoovered not mopped. So still dirty, as floorboards waiting to be carpeted.,

Price was given as £126
Turned out to be £140
Had to pay the girls on leaving. No receipt given.
Conservatory not cleaned said would have to come back at later date extra two hours work. Someone would ring me to organise.
To date no one has rung me. That was dated 19th April.
