Customer support is fast, thorough, and friendly! Had multiple iterations trying to get internal box dimensions and they came through with the details from the manufacturer. The metal horizontal mailbox is excellent - nice looking (living copper finish), solid, easy to mount (screws provided). It complements our newly painted house perfectly. Even our squirrels will admire it, but not be able to nibble on it like the previous plastic model. The mailbox is also spacious enough to handle a wide variety of mailing pieces. It came with newspaper brackets, which we installed for aesthetics. Sorry I don't replace my mailbox very often as it was a pleasure doing business with these folks!

Lovely mailbox
Very happy with the mailbox, it is beautiful.
Had it installed by a handyman so I am not sure the level of difficulty to install. The handyman did not have to purchase anything outside what was provided in the box it came in.
Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with the copper mail slot I purchased. My disappointment is in not being updated on any delays. I had to reach out to the company about delivery of my shipment. They responded quickly. All of a sudden it was shipped. May just be a coincidence.

To clarify, we reach out to the manufacturer automatically after 48 hours has past the estimated ship date to get an update and email you an update when we do so, we sent that email to you on May 22nd as your order was estimated to ship on May 20th. When you had reached out on May 24th, they had just responded to our requests around the same time with tracking. Some of our manufacturers take 3-4 days to get back to us with shipment information.

We strive to provide transparency around item description and lead times so that our customers are fully aware of the implications of their purchase. The Ultra Petite Plaque is one of the smallest plaques offered by Whitehall (manufacturer) and was described to have a lead time of about 2-3 weeks to ship to allow the manufacturer time to personalize the casting of your item. Your order had shipped around the 2.5 week mark, thankfully, but we understand wait times for most items are long and it can be very inconvenient.
We greatly appreciate your business and hope that you'll still consider us for your future plaque/mailbox needs should you need purchases in the future!
