Your return policy is not good
I ordered the wrong color by mistake. I thought I had ordered the copper and was sent the oil rubbed bronze. I wanted to exchange and that wasn’t an option? Which I don’t know why?? I had to pay shipping to send back and then when I got the refund they deducted “shipping cost” which makes no sense because it was FREE Shipping. So I lost an extra $60 to make the return. This is awful. It should have just been an exchange. Not happy with this at all. Not good customer service at all.

To provide a little insight, we offer Free Shipping for our customers as part of our commitment to providing you the best customer experience. However, this does not mean we (as a company) have free shipping. In fact, we pay for the shipping charge and extra shipping fees on your behalf. When a customer requests to return a product (as we do not offer exchanges since the products are not housed in a warehouse by us, but are drop shipped from their respective manufacturer), this is a reversal of the transaction (including the shipping) and the Free Shipping Promotion is a condition of the purchase. Since your product was delivered successfully and the shipping service has been provided, this is non refundable. Therefore, whatever the cost was to ship your product is deducted from your overall refund amount.
We make this transparent on our Cancellation & Return Policy so that you can make the best decision for your return.
As a small company, we are currently not in a position to offer free exchanges/returns as we lose a siginifact amount of money with returns alone. This is because we pay restocking fees that we do not pass along to you, as a continual committment to providing the best service we can. We are continually growing and learning from our customer's feedback and are currently trying to work towards an easier return system.

Requested lock on mailbox be switched out with closure that does not lock. Was sent a locking mailbox then sent a part for me to change out. I did not see in description this was a DIY project.

My Mailbox
I contacted Mailbox Works for a Mailbox that closely matches the ones in my development. The builder never put in a mailbox for me and because of the price of having a Post Office box continues to go up, I felt it was time to get one of my own. The quoted me a time and the box actually arrived a week earlier. I am very happy with it.
